We enjoyed five days in this beautiful boutique and due to our anniversary, we were surprised with a room upgrade which we loved. The staff was amazing, accommodating and made us feel welcome at all times. From the balcony, you look right onto Can Picafort Port and the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet but still central. There are delicious restaurants right next to the hotel. If you're after a reliable and relaxing stay, this is the right place. We'll be back!

Nice location. Lovely roof top. Nice breakfast.
Self check in outside took a long time. In the cold wind was not nice. No one there to help.
No door on the bathroom in our room. Internet is very slow. Not many staff. We saw one lady at breakfast and one lady that took the tourist tax( and didn’t give us or even offer us our change, only 4 cents but that’s not the point ) didn’t seem to be anyone around at night.

A relatively small but stylish hotel. The room was excellent, with a hot tub on the balcony.

The place is not 4 start hotel as what it was advertised on booking. The pictures are not what we experienced there.
The chlorine smell in the room is so strong that even we open the window for several hours didn’t disappear.
No proper duvet, although September time is not that cold, but when you open air con you need cover. The bedsheet provided feel sad on your bad. Sticky and not warm.
No kettle and the tape water is so salty.
