Our large group (9 people) stayed here for my brother’s wedding at the Biltmore and it was perfect for us. The house is very close to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville and the airport. It is a beautiful house with plenty of space for large groups. Would recommend to anyone who is looking in this area with a large group! Owner is very friendly and responsive as well.

VERY Clean, stocked with coffee,nice body wash available in all bathrooms,lots of towels, with 5 bdrms,tons of bathrooms,nice deck for grillling, garage was a hit for teenagers with the pool table, etc....Even basement finished with a bedroom, full bath&family room. Couldn't be nicer.was only 20 minutes from the wedding venue! This house had everything you would want for a family to stay!

Had many queen and kings beds to house a good bit of people and was so close to downtown and the blue ridge parkway. It was very clean. Don’t expect to get early check in as you will get the code only within an hour of check in. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great stay overall, but there wasn't much information about the check-in or check-out process. I had to message and ask about it and only then did I find out we would get a code to the property about 15 minutes prior to our check-in time. There wasn't any information to be found about specifics for staying there and what to do to check out. So for checkout, we just stripped the beds, ran the dishes that we used in the dishwasher, and left. I was told the information was in the virbo dashboard, but couldn't find any such information about checking in and out. The road leading up to the house was also rough. It was worse than a typical gravel road and full of potholes. Knowing this prior to our arrival would have been nice. Besides these things, our stay was a pleasant experience. It's a quiet area and felt safe and welcoming to be there. The house was very tidy, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and seemed very well taken care of. The outdoor spaces and garage setup were even well thought out and welcoming. Some incidental things like a couple of doors that stuck (assuming a result of the weather) and a couple of light bulbs not working was all that we noticed. Nothing major. Would definitely consider staying there again if the occasion should arise.

We had a great time during our stay in Asheville at this rental. It actually sleeps 14 people in beds and has plenty of bathrooms and space to spread out in which is fantastic for the rental price. Minus one star for slow/delayed communication around check-in but overall great stay,

Perfect home for our extended family to stay. Lots of bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and sitting areas inside and out. Very convenient to airport and downtown.

The house was clean. Bedrooms were very spacious and beds comfortable. The house itself was great. Actual location of the house was also good, HOWEVER The road leading to the house was horrendous. Huge pot holes, washed out etc. Communication with the host was not as great as my past VRBO experiences by any means. No check in information received. When asked, told it would come a few mins before check in time. Even at that had to again ask for code after check in time started. No wifi information provided. I’m sure if I asked it would have been provided but again, this should be something that is covered in a generic “welcome to the home” email that provides check in codes etc. I also had to ask what the check out information. We stayed with two other families. Great location! As mentioned by others, road is a little rough to get in, it’s ok as long as you take your time. Kids loved the game tables in the garage. One mattress definitely needs to be replaced, as well as one bed frame. Other beds seemed quite comfortable. Host was very responsive, usually replying almost immediately.

The house was beautiful, clean, and exactpy as advertised. Lots of space to relax and hangout, with a nice outdoor area and fire pit. Just a short Uber ride to downtown, we had a great time!

Wonderful stay! The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a girls' spa and mountain weekend. The house is close to downtown and easy to get to. Everything was clean and there was everything we could possibly need right there.

A bunch of parents got sitters for their kids and headed to the mountains to have some fun. This house was the perfect location for us and had everything we needed while being in close proximity to downtown. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had and we would gladly stay again.

Seems to be 10 mins from anything and everything Spacious rooms and comfy beds Good communication on check in request Cons: Floors appeared clean but were very dirty (had to wipe off water droplets and cloth came back black) Damage throughout house (interior basement door off hinges, pan handle broken, floor damage on wall and floor) No amazing views (none expected) I'd stay there again since our basic needs were met. I did want to share the cons as they may tip the scales for some.

Had a great weekend getaway with friends here. The house is huge with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There’s great outdoor space as well and we really enjoyed the gas fire pit (bring bug spray though). It’s a real easy drive to get downtown & there’s a fun brewery about a ten minute walk from the house as well (Sweeten Creek Brewing).

We loved our stay. Very nice. the only thing was the road to get to the house was washed out.
