About this house rental
This seasonal vacation rental was going to be our summer home, so many upgrades, including granite counters and completely new bathroom are just a few. Cute, cozy and clean 2 bedroom, one bath vacation cottage for rent on very desirable Tawas point. This home is completely furnished with most everything you will need for an enjoyable stay. You will have access to a grill, DVD's and player, books, puzzles and games. This is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy peace & quiet. Walking distance to Lake Huron with beach access. Catch nightly sunsets and warm campfires on those cool starry nights.

Wonderful place for a weekend stay. Cottage is right near the entrance to the park and in walking distance of the trails and beach. Cottage itself was clean and comfortable.

The house has all the necessities. We brought our own pillows out of habit. We watched birds from the large patio window in the comforts of home. The weather was cool for mid May. Very close to walking trails in the state park.

This is a perfect little cabin steps away from Tawas State Park. I was in town taking kiteboarding lessons on Tawas Bay and also getting some R&R, and this cabin was a comfortable and cozy place to hang out during my stay.The cabin has all of the basics, and a few bonus amenities like the propane heater on the outdoor deck and the gas log fireplace. You can see a sliver of Lake Huron from the sliding glass doors in the living room, and in the evening could hear the waves crashing from down the street. The owners are very friendly and responsive to questions via text. All in all I had a great time and loved the area. I’ll happily return next year! Thank you Jim and Denise!
