The apartment has a fantastic location, right in the heart of Dublin, with bars and restaurants within 50 metres. There’s a Tesco Express about 200m away as well which is a good size and has all you will need. 5 minutes walk to Trinity College, 10 minutes to St Stephen’s Green and 20/25 to Guinness Storehouse. Couldn’t be a better location.
The rooms were spacious and the layout meant that the bedrooms were at the back, away from the street and really quiet (until the seagulls woke up!) Kitchen and bathrooms were spot on, beds comfortable and having a small balcony was a bonus.
Check in and check out was easy - the phone as key worked perfectly for all of us in the party.
I was able to drop bags off at the office which is no more than 15 minutes walk to the centre of Dublin and also could do the same on the day of departure. Communication with staff has been simple and queries prior to arrival were answered quickly and positively.

Great location for a visit to Dublin. We could walk everywhere. You really cannot beat the location. The apartment was easy to get in and out of. The convenience of the location does have its drawbacks but still worth it for a fun stay in Dublin.
We really appreciated the option for early check-in. It was an affordable option for us as our flight arrived early in the morning. Contacting the property manager was easy and efficient.
The apartment was generally comfortable. There were just enough linens for our group of seven.
We did not use the kitchen a lot but there were enough plates, glasses, utensils for us to have a few simple meals.
The refrigerator is full size which was nice to keep our beverages and water cold.
Overall, this was a great place to stay for a trip to Dublin.
We picked this accommodation for location and also 2 bathrooms for our family. We did have an issue with one of the bathrooms. The shower did not work properly in that we could not control the temperature: either scalding hot or ice cold. We contacted the property manager and they said they would assess. They did not give us any follow up after they said they were coming to check it out so I don't know if they actually came. That second shower never did work properly for us. For a group of seven, it was not ideal to only have one functional shower.
We were there during hot days of summer so needed to have windows open. You need to be ready. Temple Bar is a lively area, so best to have earplugs to help with sleep at night. We were prepared for the sounds of people but not for the very loud seagulls! That is a part of Dublin though. Lots of local restaurants result in a variety of smells wafting through the windows at night. There are no screens on the windows or screen door for the small patio. There were a lot of flies and bugs on the patio so we could not leave that door open to help with air circulation. If the bugs and flies on the patio could be cleaned up, that would be great for the next guests.

The property is well situated with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants within a very short walking distance. The property slept 6 people well even with one sofa bed being broken. The property was clean and tidy on arrival.
We had some issues a first trying to access the property, the key system is digital and requires an app to be downloaded which is an advantage as you do not have to drop keys off upon leaving, however the app did not work first time and we had to be let in by builders. In relation to builders, there is building work being carried out directly outside the property which starts at around 0730/0800, it would have been nice to be made aware of this. The heating/ hot water system is a bit confusing at first, hot water is stored to be used in the morning but can be ‘boosted’ throughout the day however this system did not always work. There are no radiators in the property, however there are two small electric heaters which we used for the living room and shared between bedrooms but be aware when the temperature outside drops the property can be very cold of a morning or nighttime.
