We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was excellent, especially the friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
The check-in and check-out system was also very easy and convenient. This is especially great for couples or guests who like to go out in the evening and come back late at night — everything was simple and stress-free.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very comfortable during our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again! ❤️

It was really close to tram and bus stops, and it also had a good few food options around. The staff were really nice and friendly, I felt very welcomed into the city by them. The room was comfy and more than enough for me as a solo traveller.
I would have liked there to have been a vending machine or something for more convenience in getting drinks and stuff before heading out in the mornings. Lunch/dinner would be great options too as breakfast is offered.

Easy to access with tram, price was superb, room was quite, bed was comfortable, good WiFi. Kettle in the room. Most important parts if the hotel like shower was clean.
It was well used hotel, not really clean in some areas- like floor in the room.
