Easy to find from the nearby car park. Entry code instructions were sent via what’s app from the owner, Isobel, and were easy to follow.
The room itself was very clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. Air con worked well and the fridge in the room was a nice touch, as was the bottle of wine and water left for us. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was perfect! Love the fact it has a shower glass door scraper, if used (as we did) it keeps it really clean with no residue build up.
There is a small shared kitchen area in the hallway/entrance of the property which has a kettle, cups , plates etc, all useful if you want breakfast from the nearby bakery.
The location is perfect , right near the church and a small bar next door which provides the best food, drink and service. We found the room and immediate area to be very peaceful and relaxing.
We loved it so much, we stayed an extra night.
The room was lovely and cool and that makes a real difference when it’s 34 outside.

Zeer mooie accommodatie zeer ruime kamer is als een geheel Apartement de accommodatie ligt bijna aan het oude dorpsplein van la Nucía zeer mooi en charmant plekje onze kamer had ook een balkon wat niet op de foto stond dat was een aangename verrassing wij werden ontvangen door een zeer fijne gastvrouw die ook de gehele schoonmaak regelt als je iets hebt of mist kan je altijd bij haar terecht alles was smetteloos schoon en een zeer fijne gastvrouw dat zie je maar weinig ze was zo betrokken alleen voor haar zullen wij al graag terug willen komen
Ik miste goede hoofdkussens en in het kleine keukentje in de kamer zelf heb je geen borden of keuken spullen beneden is overigens wel alles te vinden wat je nodig hebt

Location is fabulous. Cleanliness was first class.
The self catering had to be done in a downstairs, not so well equipped kitchen. I would have appreciated the self catering and dining aspect to have been confined to my room.
The towels were abrasive ; were rough to the touch.
The facilities for working were sub par. No work desk or work station.
