The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Rome, with the city’s main attractions easily within walking distance. Having a bus stop directly outside the entrance made it incredibly easy to explore places farther afield, too.
The apartment was basic but very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed.
The gentleman who met us at the apartment for check-in was lovely and extremely helpful. ( thankyou)
Since we had a late flight home, being able to leave our luggage at the nearby office was an enormous convenience. The lovely woman there was incredibly kind and helpful. ( thankyou)
We had a wonderful stay and would definetly recommend this apartment.
Although the apartment was very clean, the internal walls could benefit from a fresh coat of paint in places. Just a small point, but I think it would make the apartment feel even fresher and more polished overall.

The person who welcomed us was super friendly even after our flight was delayed. They shared recommendations of Rome like where to eat, which were super useful. The apartment is on an amazing location and everything is super comfortable.
They did not provide enough toilet paper at the beginning of our stay, even though is stated as a facility included in the room. They brought some later, but a day after I asked for it. They said they only provide enough for the first few dates of the stay. However, when we arrived there was not one full roll of toilet paper (two--not new ones--were provided).

The location is good, the stuff very nice and the room is very clean
I cannot say I didn’t like something but if we had some coffee for Nespresso machine it had been perfect

El apartamento tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia corta.
La ubicación buenísima, andando a todas partes.
El anfitrión muy amable nos ayudó en todo momento.
Por poner alguna pega, personalmente el sofá cama un poco duro. Pero para corta estancia llevadero.
