Disappointing! Guests already in our room!

Central location.

Someone else was already staying in the room when we arrived. Like others have said we were left outside and could only get into the building when someone came out. There is no lift. We used the code to enter the room and someone was already there. So the host told us to use the same code on another room - not very safe! The host called the guests in our room and they apologised and we swapped rooms. They had used all the facilities and so the beds had to be changed. The host organised this but did not change the code for the door so I felt unsafe and the safe did not work. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

**Fraudulent Host, keeps your tourist tax!! Ignoring me & Booking.com.com to provide evidence. Rome Council are now investigating him , has copies of our ID he may be using - Passport control informed STAY AWAY!** On arrival host insisted we talk on WhatsApp and then left us waiting for how to get in property Electrics dangerous Very dark, not many lights work Entrance to flats smells very bad of gas, nothing done about it. Book else where!

Struttura accogliente, pulita e ben arredata. Gestione semplice per l’accesso sull’appartamento. Posizione ottima per raggiungere a piedi diversi monumenti. Ambiente silenzioso.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, l’unica cosa in doccia acqua calda e fredda sono invertiti. Quindi bisogna aprire dalla parte fredda per avere il caldo e viceversa.

Endroit idéal pour visiter Rome à pied.

Le lustre de la pièce principale ne fonctionnait pas. Donc à partir de 20h30 cela devient compliqué pour dîner. Nous en sommes vraiment déçus car nous avions pris un appartement pour éviter d aller au restaurant. De plus l espace cuisine est vraiment minuscule. Enfin, lorsque nous avons fait fonctionner la machine à laver en même temps que la plaque de cuisson et la climatisation, le courant a sauté. On a dû attendre une demi-heure que le concierge vienne remettre le courant. Le matelas du canapé lit est une planche de bois.
