Our room was spacious, and the location was wonderful. I was surprised to find out the day before check in that the reception desk closed at 4pm, but we were able to self check-in easily enough. We paid the city tax through an online portal, and we opted to send photos of our passports through a secure folder rather than through WhatsApp. The main hiccup with our stay was that the hot water in our shower never stayed hot, and we also noticed some ants by our shoes when we checked out in the morning. But we only stayed one night, and we were glad at least the aircon worked fantastic.
