La situation géographique centrale, le fait que l'établissement ait été rénové récemment, nous cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais attention comme déjà indiqué il y a énormément de marches, à éviter pour des personnes avec poussette ou pas sportif (90 marches, ascension environ 20/25m)
Le contact avec les hôtes qui pourtant ont un hôtel, il y a eu énormément de problèmes pour payer la city taxe (mon paiement est passé 4 fois et pourtant il n'avait rien reçu, j'ai donc demandé à ce qu'il vienne le collecter, réponse non vous devez vous rendre à 40 mn de marche sur le site de notre autre hôtel pour payer, inacceptable je trouve !, pas moyen non plus de laisser l'argent à l'appartement, ce que j'ai déjà fait à Rome, et évidemment aucun moyen d'accéder à l'appartement, rétention de code, avant cela)
Aucune possibilité la douche qui fuyait et la difficulté à passer d'un mode à l'autre (pluie et douchette)
Mouton de poussière sous le lit
Aucune possibilité de dépose bagages, consignes obligatoires (ou 40 mn pour les déposer à leur hôtel)
Du coup mauvais rapport qualité prix

Beautiful recently renovated apartment in a superb location. AC was perfect. The place was very clean, absolutely spotless. Management was very responsive via WhatsApp and that was very much appreciated.
It’s a lot of stairs. You only know this if you read reviews.
Our first night was fabulous but unfortunately our second (Saturday) the renter of the other apartment had a loud party. We felt uncomfortable complaining directly to them but at 1:30 we finally started banging on the wall to say it was time to stop. I recognise that the apartment owner can’t control this and there is no representative in the apartment building to mediate such a situation.
I mentioned it to the owner the next day and asked them to tell the other renters no more parties please.

Appartamento nuovo, molto curato e pulitissimo; spazioso, con bagno grande e moderno, ideale per 4 persone ( no bambini piccoli vista l'assenza di ascensore). L'appartamento è dotato di un sistema di condizionamento perfetto. La cucina era attrezzata e comoda, così come i letti. La posizione perfetta e molto comoda per tutti gli spostamenti a piedi verso le principali attrazioni turistiche.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

The place and our stay were absolutely incredible! The location is excellent, and the apartment is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need.
There is air conditioning in both bedrooms, and each person can adjust the temperature to their preference. The bathroom is super spacious, and everything was spotlessly clean. The towels were perfectly arranged, and all the toilet paper was brand new and sealed.
The apartment exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
