Nestled in Coolbaugh Township, this attractive house for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. From our family to yours, come make memories in this cozy lakefront retreat in the Gold Star community of Arrowhead lake, located in the Pocono Mountains. Wake up on the lake with gorgeous views in this cape cod style home with cathedral ceilings and rustic wood beam rafters, giving the home a mountain feel. Swim and fish right off of the home's private dock. The home is located in prime community location. The home is just a stone throw or swim, one home over, to the community beach [beach 4] and playground. Central location, with ease of access to the three heated community pools. This 3 bedroom home is with 2.5 baths and bonus playroom, which is set-up as an extra dual bedroom/playroom, is perfect for a family getaway. Home is complete with playroom, containing every board game imaginable, Dvds, and book collection. Games for kids, free WiFi, TVs are set up with Netflix, Hulu, and Disney Plus. Deck with grill and a fire pit are set up for outdoor enjoyment, dining, and s'mores for days. Sleeps up to 12, which is perfect for one or more families. Paddle boat, kayaks, raft, swimming tubes, and some fishing gear available on the property for use and enjoyment of the property. Multiple amenities located within the community will keep everyone busy. Multiple tourist attractions located within driving distance. This Gold Star, gated community offers 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball, playgrounds, fitness center, outdoor pavilions/grilling areas, horse shoe pits, bocce area, shuffle board, boat/paddle board rental, and a spectacular community lodge. Grand lodge is complete with reception/entertainment area, outdoor eating area, gym, craft room, library, media room, billiards, and so much more. The main banquet hall features dramatic, floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, commercial grade kitchen, dance area, and spectacular view of the lake. The library has a media room with large screen tv, game room, and hardwood floors. Plenty of things to do nearby... at Camelbeach, Camelback, Jack Frost/Big Boulder, Kalahari, Knoebel's, Mt Airy Casino, the Crossings Outlets, charming village of Jim Thorpe, and Bushkill Falls [the Niagara of Pennsylvania]. Close whitewater rafting, tubing, golfing, paintball, minigolf, hiking, and skiing. Conveniently located minutes from 940,115, I-80, and the PA Turnpike. No cats, may be willing to consider dog for extra. Linens and toilet paper are included. Bring your own towels. ****Arrowhead Lake is a gated community with 24 hour security. Renters are required by the association to pay a gate card fee of $15.00 PER CAR and a wristband fee of $35 PER PERSON per week age 6 and older. Community charges amenity fee from renters (6 years and older). Amenity wristbands are mandatory year around. The homeowner not only had the house fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee machine, linens, and fully furnished, but also had two kayaks, a peddleboat and a canoe all set up at the private dock for use. The lake did most of the work, but this place was great. We'll be back.

Our stay at the property was wonderful. The location, accommodations, and amenities were just as described. The rooms were actually larger than how they appeared in the photos. The kitchen was the best stocked in terms of having enough plates, glasses, pots/pans, etc. We used the grill several times, as well as the fire pit. The dock, water toys, and boats were all in excellent condition and the home's proximity to the pools, tennis courts, and beach made our stay active and enjoyable. Thank you, Krystal and Rob, for hosting us and being so responsive and helpful with our planning and questions throughout.

Perfect stay in the Poconos
This listing was perfect for our family of 13 ages 2 to 77. The house is very well stocked. Everything you need including kitchen essentials and games and a canoe, kayaks, raft, paddle board , fire pit and a variety of tv channels! It’s located in a gated community so we all felt very safe. It is very clean. Krystal always responded promptly to my questions and was very sweet and helpful. We took walks, went to the beach which is steps away, and the community pool. The view from the dock is amazing. We caught many types of fish and watched bald eagles over the lake. We ordered from Dominic’s and went out for ice cream. This house was the perfect place to reconnect with our family!

Such a peaceful and beautiful lake house! The view is perfect, it's cozy, clean and big enough for a large group. We had 6 woman and only used 2 of the bedrooms. Highly recommend!

This is our second time to rent the house. We love the house, lake view and the hosts. The house is spacious and has plenty of beds. The private deck to the lake is amazing. It was raining all the days this time until the day we leave. Rob is so nice to let us stay longer on the last day, we are much appreciated. We will come back again.

Drive was farther than we liked to JFBB but we knew this going in. Separate play space (basement) for the kids would have been nice. Tons of fees for the owners then additional for the Arrowhead Lake community. Plan on an extra $100-$150 after you’ve booked. Overall not bad. It did the job.

Nice lake view
The house has plenty of beds, can easily accommodate 12+ people. Backyard has dock to the lake. There are also paddle boat, kayak, rubber boat and a large floaty boat. The community is quiet and beautiful. We hope to come back again.

We went up for a nice little weekend getaway with our families. House was great location right on lake with dock. We were able to kayak and do some fishing. Kids had a blast; house was well stocked. Definitely recommend for families looking for a nice stay.

As a family with young children (4 and almost 2), it was great to have many different options for sleeping arrangements (for younger child, options were pack n play, toddler bed in upstairs room, even could have gotten away with trundle bed in the play room with bunk beds). Very convenient to have the play room with a door to contain kids, complete with toys, games, and smart TV—and right off the kitchen too. Kitchen very serviceable and well stocked. Nice deck and fire pit—we made s’mores one night. Rob and Krystal were organized and easy to deal with. Hope to be back next year!

Excellent vacation.
We had an amazing time at this property. The house is situated right on the lake with an amazing view of the lake from the deck (and bedrooms). We were able to sit on the dock, swim right from the property or use the available equipment provided. One of the sandy beaches was on the other side of the house next door which was so convenient as you didn't have to drive. Owner's were very quick with responses to any questions we had. We had a great time and would stay again.

Had an awesome stay here Labor Day week. Private dock with tons of floats to take out on the lake. Great swimming and fishing! Caught some bass and catfish while we were here. Very active community! The owners were great to deal with. Very helpful during the entire process and had great communication. House was very clean and spacious. Slept everyone comfortably and enough parking for everyone as well. Saving this property because we will 100% be back.

Amazing location, house and hosts!
This lakefront property is in the perfect location and has everything you could need! The house itself was clean and had plenty of areas to sleep. The yard is spacious and offers a lovely firepit. The beds were comfortable and provided plenty of space for our group of 10. Our favorite aspects of this property were the direct private lake access, dock, and numerous rafts and inner tubes. The check-in process was a bit lengthy, but that comes with being in a gated community. The hosts were VERY accommodating and were a pleasure to rent from. They went above and beyond to make sure our weekend at the Poconos was a success and replied very quickly to any questions or concerns. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing lake getaway! And a bonus, the neighbors were also delightful.

Great house!
Great house! Communication with the owner was excellent throughout, and the checkin process was relatively easy. The house was clean and a lot of extra stuff was provided (boats, fire pit, blender, grill, etc.), and the community was really nice. We didn’t use any of the community amenities but it was nice that they were an option. Beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. House is also located near a lot of stuff in the Poconos, especially a great butcher shop (appropriately named The Butcher Shoppe, careful though, the hot sausage really is hot). Krystal and her husband were quick to communicate and very helpful. Really can’t say enough about the house, my friends and I would definitely return!
