Situated in Osoyoos, this attractive house for $239 per night is a great option for your next trip. **Accepting snowbirds for this fall 2024** **Wow! Where do we begin!** Our lakefront townhome is in pristine condition and is ideal for two families to stay at the same time. Our home sleeps 7 plus a sofa bed ideal for 2 children! This townhouse has it all, enjoy 1600 Sq. Ft. of luxury family living on two floors! Our townhome features an open floor plan, tons of warm southern exposure and light, 9ft ceilings, a high end, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a wine fridge, a heavy duty laundry set, a water softener, and tasteful furniture throughout! Freshly painted throughout in April 2021! On the upper floor you will find 3 large bedrooms, the laundry room and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 40 inch TV, and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and shower. The room faces south with an unobstructed view of the sparkling lake from your own private balcony! The second bedroom has a brand new king size bed and lots of room for a playpen or children's cot (not included). This room gazes over the pool area and has a desert mountain view. The third bedroom has a single over double bunk bed (with a brand new mattress) with built-in stair case. The second bathroom up stairs is spacious and has a step-in shower. On the main floor there is a powder room, a gourmet kitchen with high end appliances and a wine fridge, an open concept dining and living room with sit down dining for up to 10 people, comfortable genuine leather furniture including a sofa bed ( with a brand new mattress) and two new leather recliners. There is also a cozy fireplace, and a brand new 55 inch TV. Take a step out of the living room door onto your large patio and have a Bar B Q with family and friends or relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of one of Canada's most beautiful (and warmest) lakes. Park your car in a cool, dry 1 bay attached garage. Helps keep it cool in the summer. We also have a handy outdoor parking stall too. After you spend the morning at our private sandy beach flanked by 300 feet of cool green lawns, why not head for the pool or hot tub? It’s less than 15 meters away from the unit and open from May to October. The fall is fantastic in Osoyoos with warm days and cool evenings. Make a family tradition to spend Easter in Osoyoos and enjoy the amazing cherry blossoms in full bloom. Take a walk to the award winning N’knip winery for a tasting and pick up a lovely bottle of wine for an evening toast to the day, or try one of countless other wineries in the area. A convenient Hop on-Hop off bus services is available. There are many companies providing winery tours in the area. One of our favorite outings is less than a km away at the N’knip horse back riding stables. The early morning ride with the family on well trained horses through a spectacular piece of Canada’s only dessert is a must do. The view on the trail is breath taking looking all the way south to Oroville in Washington State to Oliver in the North. Besides swimming in the warmest lake in Canada, try boating, sailing, boarding, cycling, golfing, fruit picking or visit our pioneer museum packed with all the local artifacts and historical information. How about a 2 block walk with the family for your choice of 48 flavors of ice cream and a ride on a go cart or mini golf at another favorite attraction called ”Rattlesnake Canyon” Your kids or grand-kids will beg to come back every summer! We were staying here with a group that visited Osoyoos for golf and wineries. This resort is an excellent place to stay and enjoy the whole area. The unit was clean and well set up to take advantage of the lakeside property and nice weather. I would have no hesitation booking again!

Feels like a home, not a rental - everything you could possibly need is there. Place was spotless when we arrived, right on the water, the garage is great to park your car in at this time of year in Osoyoos. Highly recommended, you wont be disappointed

Exceeded expecations
This was our first time booking through VRBO so we were a bit nervous, but Cindie was super responsive to questions and made the whole process very easy. The townhouse is beautiful and very spacious. We had such a great week that we booked again for next year!

This unit is amazing! The pictures are exactly as shown and you cannot beat the location! Walking distance to restaurants, activities and the lake! Cindie was so easy to communicate with and made checking in a breeze!
When we arrived the condo was sparkling clean with everything we could ever need! They even had music on for our arrival which was such a nice touch!
I would absolutely recommend this place if you’re looking for the perfect vacation spot!

Her unit was sparkling clean upon arrival, her communication was above and beyond our expectations, replying very quickly. We had more family staying down the way in 2 other units however since Cindie had a gorgeous 10 person table we were able to enjoy sit down family meals together. The place was decorated perfectly with a rustic glam look. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with an adorable bunk bed in the middle room which was a highlight for our 3 and 6 year old.
The view from the patio is probably one of the best in the complex.. you can see straight down to the states on a clear day and not to mention all of the ongoings at the beach.
We enjoyed rattle snack cannon a few times, rented ski-doos and also made the trek up to the Naramata Bench to enjoy the wineries up there.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time and are looking forward to coming back next summer!

Magical Holiday
We had family from England with us this year and they had never been to Osoyoos. We had heard from friends that Casa Del Mila Oro Resort was spectacular and they were right. We found a listing for a place to stay for 9 people that not only had enough sleeping space but also a large enough dining table for us to enjoy family dinners. Our unit was amazing. It had a dining table for 10, 3 good size rooms plus a pull out couch and of course breath taking views of the lake. The owner of unit was wonderful, gracious and very helpful. We look forward to another magical holiday.

FAMILY TIME!
Wonderful family vacation! Cindie and Wayne were wonderful in communicating with us as we approached our stay at their vacation property. Perfectly situated on the lake, wonderful view and a nice outdoor space to enjoy. The townhouse is perfect and as pictured. The kitchen has everything you need and an outdoor BBQ to enjoy meals off the grill! The beds were comfortable and the AC was welcome on the hot days as you came in from the lake or some time around the pool. We made wonderful memories as a family. highly recommend staying in this vacation home!

Best vacation ever!
This was the holiday of a lifetime! The complex was clean and well laid out, the unit provided everything we needed and then some. There is so much to do in Osoyoos that we were spoiled for choice, we could do as much or little as we wanted. If you crave activities there are so many options; wine tours, water sports, horse back riding and of course some lovely eateries, plus the complex has a lovely pool! As we travelled with a large group, we chose to cook/bbq most of our main meals, and the unit was more than adequate for us all to eat together. We bought all of our food/groceries locally and so glad we did, prices were more than reasonable and so fresh! Of course if you’re the laid back type, you can take in the local markets and do a bit of snooping in the local down town stores, or walk across the road to the lake and feed the ducks or watch the sun rise/set - also check out the Home Hardware, it is not your typical hardware store (we went back 3 times!!). Many great women’s boutiques featuring Canadian manufacturers as well! The complex is the nicest we saw on the lake, great location close to grocery stores, eateries, amusement park for the little ones, and some tasting bars for the adults! We can’t say enough about how well kitted out and comfortable the unit/complex was - really a home away from home and everyone was so friendly....can’t wait to go back!

Great Summer Holiday
Had a great stay in #108. This was our first holiday as a complete family in a few years and it couldn't have been better. The home was the perfect size for the 7 of us. It had all the comforts of home with the benefits of a great location across the street from the beach and the dock for our boat. Already booked for next year!!!

The condo had absolutely everything you need for a family vacation. it was lovely and clean when we arrived. The beds are really comfortable, having the 2 full bathrooms upstairs was great. We really felt like it's a home away from home and hope to come back many times. Our host was so accommodating and helpful.

Absolutely perfect for our family of 9
This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 9. We were looking for a location and accommodation to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. We were thrilled with this place in every way...Conveniently located steps to the lake, private beach or the pool; plenty of room for all of us to have our own space or be together in the common areas; the large dining table sat us comfortably for dinner and games; the kitchen had everything we needed; the patio was spectacular in the early morning and the evenings; and the garage was stocked with lake chairs and swim toys. All we needed to bring was our food and swimsuits! Cindie was always available to answer questions and ensure we were having a wonderful time, yet respected our privacy entirely. I highly recommend this property and will return to enjoy it again someday soon.

Perfect Osoyoos Location and Venue
Wonderful spot directly facing the water on Lakeview drive. Ate most of our meals on the ground floor patio looking at the lake with a nice grassy area for kids to play, and adults to Bocci, and with private swimming beach and boat dock. Inside there is a well appointed kitchen where we prepared many meals, and with a huge dining room table seating up to 12 people where we could get together with our friends staying in adjacent suites to hold entertaining banquet style meals.The bedrooms were super comfortable with nice views in the master with ensuite, and lots of space in secondary bedroom, and great bunks in the 3rd bedroom suitable for children or agile adults. There is even a nice foldout leather sofa for an additional couple if needed. 3 Bathrooms are clean convenient. Private garage for safely storing our car and bicycles, with great flat bike riding around the lake suitable for all levels. We were able to walk the 10 minutes to mini golf and the famous Windmill ice cream where the kiddie cone was actually quite large and satisfying. We also used it for a base for doing wine tours as there are at least a dozen excellent wineries and cideries within a 20 minute drive, or for a more leisurely bike tour. It was ideal for our group of friends and would love to go again.

BEST PLACE ON OSOYOOS LAKE !!!
My family of 6 recently stayed at this rental, it is a gorgeous home stocked with everything you need for your stay..The kids loved the pool, and there is plenty of space in the unit for everyone :) We found it to be clean and the beds were very comfy..loved the balcony off the master suite !! Even though we were early in the yr., the weather was pleasant, next time will be bringing the boat, as there is a boat slip right on the property !! I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy some time in the area :) Cindie was quick to respond to any inquiries, and was very accommodating :) We will be back !!

Another fun winter
My husband and I spent another winter in Osoyoos at 108. We have always enjoyed our stay here no matter the weather. This year was not as nice as it has been in previous years but we made the best of it. We still went for walks around the lake, met a lot of very nice people from all over and of course went to the many different wineries in the area. We had a wonderful stay. We have booked with Cindi and Wayne for another winter and I'm sure we will have as good a time this coming winter as we did last winter.

Perfect Location
Our family of four recently stayed with another family of four. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Location was great! We were able to rent a boat slip on the property so no need to take the boat in and out of the water.

Great family time vacation!
We had a great family vacation at Cindie's unit. Lots of laughs and family time at the large dinner table. Our grandchildren had fun playing on the front lawn area and the 4 year olds loved the bunk beds. Our oldest grandson who is 15 enjoyed the freedom to visit Raddle Snake Canyon every night as it was only a short walk away.
