Very friendly and helpful staff, especially with directions!
The bed, although comfortable, was too short. My partner is well over 6’. There were some interesting plumbing noises. Staff thought this was probably ventilation as the window didn’t open.

Excellent location in the East end of London. Friendly and accommodating staff and quiet room, even though it faced the busy street
Twin beds were very narrow. No milk for coffee or tea in room

Reception staff were friendly.
Nespresso machine
AirCon would not turn off. Staff turned it off whilst we were out ( as we requested) but we were then unable to start it!
Needed redecorating .
