Thoughtfully renovated while preserving its original charm, this cozy country cottage is your perfect base for exploring the stunning Okanagan Valley—or for simply unwinding with a peaceful staycation.
Inside, you'll find a welcoming space decorated with local artwork and furnished for real comfort. Whether you're curling up with a book, sipping wine in the garden, or taking in the soothing sounds of BX Creek just steps away, everything here invites you to slow down and relax.
The Setting:
Once part of the historic BX Ranch lands, the cottage sits on a private, one-acre property bordered by BX Creek and surrounded by towering trees. Guests enjoy access to a beautifully landscaped side yard—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening wine, or just soaking up the serenity of the outdoors.

Yet another great stay at this beautiful property! It’s such a magical cottage set in the most charming and quiet gardens! Leah and Bobby are excellent hosts and always go that extra mile to make sure your stay is the best it could be. Can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely had a great time staying in Vernon at this beautiful cottage. We loved the area! We brought our bikes and had a great time cycling the OK Rail Trail (we parked at Kal Lake and cycled to Oyama for burgers at OKF). We also cycled to the BX Ranch Park for a walk and then up the hill to be rewarded by lovely ciders at BX Cidery.The Cottage itself was full of thoughtful touches and had a well equipped kitchen. We found the bed very comfy. My favorite part was when Cheeto the garden cat came to visit during breakfast in the back garden. Thank you Leah and Bobby for being great hosts!
