This 6000 sq ft home can comfortably accommodate 22 guests. The parking area accommodates up to eight vehicles including two spots in the garage. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival** Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs.
