Off the living room, there's a deck overlooking the front yard that has two chairs facing south for the fullest sun of the day. Out the back way, there's a larger deck with patio dining, a gas heat lamp for those chillier summer nights and gas grill for dining al fresco. Regardless of the season, there's also a private hot tub where you can take a dip and slough off the day. On the upper level of the house, in addition to the kitchen and living room, there is a half bathroom on your way to the Master Suite.
