Uma casa muito querida e confortável numa pequena aldeia cheia de carisma. O Anfitrião recebeu-nos muito bem e deu-nos um enquadramento da região e das atividades e fez uma excelente recomedação de local para jantar.
Tendo en conta que é um local um pouco isolado seria interessante incluirem pequeno almoço e já terem a casa previamente aquecida.

Adorámos Casa da Laja e a aldeia de Vilar de Amargo. A casa é muito confortável, com tudo o que precisamos e o Marco é um anfitrião incrível.

Belle maison rénovée dans un petit village charmant.
Marco très réceptif et sympathique.

The House is wonderfully decorated. It was just my wife and myself, but there is easily room for 5. The has four beds and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything someone would need to make nearly any meal. The washer also functions as a dryer, which was nice feature. Marco (the owner) is also a local tour guide and we had a wonderful night tour of the Rock Art of Côa. The rock art is much easier to see when it is dark and the light is shown from below. Last but not least, each evening we had a wonderful sheep and goat parade just outside the window.
The very small town that the house is located in does not have any restaurants or bakery. Neither are very far away, but it does require getting in the car to get to them.
