Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The location is fantastic — it’s right near the university, so we could easily walk over for the conference each day. A special mention for Mr. Abdullah at the reception; he was wonderful and went out of his way to help us throughout our stay. Room service was excellent as well. One small suggestion: it would be great to have a dustbin inside the room in addition to the one already in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience and we’d happily stay again!

The openness of the staff to assist every need, the friendliness and politeness of every employee, the breakfast buffet, the AC in the room and the view from the window were all superb and exceeded expectations.

situated 5 min walking from the bus station, open 24h - very convenient for a night bus arrival. Spacious room, clean. Reliable wi-fi
Breakfast is very basic (if a rate with no breakfast included were available, I would have taken it. You can have a really nice Italian breakfast rather cheap anywhere in Turin). Generally, rooms - especially bathroom and shower - look dated. But everything works nonetheless.

Location is very good. There's a convenience store next to the hotel and also a restaurant which has good food.
The hotel rooms feel very neglected and old, the air conditioner was not working. Balcony was dirty.
