The location is very close to the train station and the breakfast was sufficient.

We didn't try the breakfast. The room is ok as the price. And the location is good, not far from a subway station. There are local restaurants and cafe nearby.
We went in January, and we heard the drop of the water in the radiator all night. The corridor is a bit noisy.
