Very clean and modern not like some of the dated B&Bs you find

Nice and warm. Great breakfast with a real mug of tea.

Lovely little pub in the middle of Shiptston on Stour. Parking available for guests. The room was spotless and very comfortable with fridge, bottled water and tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom was wonderful, the shower was strong and water was hot.
We ate in the pub and the food was outstanding. Cocktails were wonderful! Both Bogdan and Cat were extremely welcoming and attentive.
Everything was superb.

Location was great.
WiFi was awful and too noisy for me. My room was directly above a speaker and when I arrived at 3pm on Friday the music was pulsating in my room. It woke me at 8:20am on the Sunday morning. It was very loud.
