Situated in Mesa, this charming house for $1,450 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Amazing entertaining space with all the amenities! Tennis and basketball, pool, theater room, fitness center, game room, office space, open floor plan, RV garage, parking for 20 vehicles. You have full access to the home! The gourmet kitchen, theater room, three laundry rooms, fitness center, office space, garage, and recreational amenities.The entire home is accessible to guests! Make yourself at home! The immediate area offers hiking trails, golf, restaurants, movie theaters, bowling, shopping. Cubs spring training games are approximately 5 miles from the home, Scottsdale and all it has to offer is 10 minutes away. Several car services are available in the area. For those having their own vehicle, parking is generally free. I have arranged for discounted rates on area seasonal attractions for my guests such as Cubs spring training games, golf, hiking, and dining. Additionally, in home services such as a chef experience or regular maid service are also available. I am at your service during your stay. I am happy to meet you at the property upon arrival to answer questions.

We stayed there for a family trip with 25 people and the place was so nice a big there was a space for everyone and always something to do no matter the mood. We never had to leave, but if we did it is close to good hiking and town so trips to the grocery store were easy, and we really enjoyed cooking and eating in the big kitchen and outdoor grill.
We hired a private chef for a night and that was a great experience to get the whole family together and involved with the meal. I would recommend checking out Chef Ron with Food Vision if you have the opportunity, the lamb chops were to die for! The heated pool and hot tub were awesome and got used a lot. Scott the owner was great, he met us there and showed us how to use everything and if anything came up, he was right over to help out or advise. Would go back again and highly recommend it to anyone with a large group wanted to get away and relax and just enjoy time with family and friends! Thanks Scott!

What a fantastic house!! Had 20 family members stay at the mansion to attend a family wedding in Mesa. Plenty of rooms for everyone as well as space to enjoy quiet conversation or a crazy game of cards or air hockey! Couldn’t have asked for a better location or a more hospitable host!! Thanks Scott!

The only thing more amazing than this incredible property is Scott, the property manager. The house is big, clean, and one a few places you will find to host a large group. There were 25 of us. More dramatic than that was the excellent communication with Scott. He was there to help us check in and orient us to the property. he was available within a few moments notice to come and fix anything that went wrong or provide anything that was missing. We would be thrilled to rent this property or any property from Scott again!

The house was amazing! It held our family of 26 people from other states to come in and celebrate a high school graduation weekend. The house is modern and up to date. The light fixtures where very cool and the radio system throughout the house was nice! The whole family enjoyed the backyard from the grass, pool, hottub and well lit tennis/basketball court at night. Rooms were nice and big with Alot of bathrooms. The Moms stayed on the main floor so that worked out good. And the cousins ruled the basement full of fun! You certainly will get your steps in that's for sure. Would definitely stay there again!

Scott was a pleasure to work with. Communication was prompt and he was very helpful. The house had everything we needed for a group of 14 guys - large pool, back yard games, pool table and ping pong, pickle ball, and more. The house never felt cramped. We had rooms for every guy and beds were all queen or king. Location was under 20 min from airport. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was fantastic! Looked exactly as described and pictured! Scott was extremely good at responding quickly and attacking issues as they came up. It was a great property for all of our family to get together since the pandemic and hang out without feeling as though we were on top of one another. Would definitely book again!

We booked this as home-base for our wedding party and it was absolutely perfect. Our friends were able to get great pool time and enjoy pickle ball and basketball outside. Downstairs there’s even more relaxing with the theatre room and Rec games.
This place is everything we imagined it would be and more. If you’re thinking of staying here, do it! There will be zero regrets

16 guys on a golf trip and we had an incredible stay. Beds for everyone and a few of guys had their own room. The backyard is incredible. Lots to do on site. We catered in most nights for dinning but the kitchen is plenty big enough. Scott also offered us rental vehicles during our stay. The location was great as Mesa is pretty centrally located and it’s close to the airport. Would love to come back to visit this house again. Thanks Scott, you were a great host!!

We booked this house for the bridal party for my son's wedding. The Bride/Groom, groomsmen, and bridesmaids all stayed here the weekend of the wedding. This property is perfect for wedding groups, golf groups or family gatherings. Plenty of space to be together but enough room to get away for some privacy...the photos don't show a hot tub that has been added behind the water feature near the pool. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any requests...Also you have the options of renting a 15 passenger mercedes van or pick up truck through the owner while you stay at the property. I would definitely book this place again if I needed a house for a large group.....thank you to the owner, Scott, for helping making our wedding weekend one to remember!

Awesome stay for our soccer team while in town for a tournament. They had a great time in what they referred to as their “luxury frat house”. Really appreciated the host working with us to make it such a special time for the boys.

Nineteen family members gathered for our mother's 90th birthday and it could have worked out better. In fact, the home exceeded our expectations. There are just so many things to do, most of us never left the property. Scott could not have been more helpful from our first talk on the phone to checking us in and showing us the house and how to use things. He even gave us some restaurant recommendations, but at the end, we actually cooked every meal in the house, inside as well as the BBQ. We're actually talking about having a family reunion there next year. Can't say enough, just very grateful for the positive exprience!

We had a group of 24 celebrating a birthday. Everyone had an amazing time. The house has everything you could want including a heated pool, pickle ball court, ping pong table and much more. Scott was the best host and was available 24/7 to answer any questions we had. We had chef Ron one night and I would highly recommend him. We will definitely be back!

This large, impressive house and property handled our family’s birthday celebration beautifully. All were able to eat and celebrate together by consolidating the available dining tables, yet could spread out for conversations, pickleball, tennis, swimming, and games. Enjoyed Chef Ron’s birthday dinner preparations in the large kitchen. Host Scott was available and accommodating throughout our stay. Would choose this again.

This house was amazing, we had everything we needed. There was 13 of us and we all had room in this house. The kitchen was awesome to cook in and gather. We had our yearly staff retreat here and it did not disappoint ! We will be booking here again .

This was the home base for a family wedding and easily hosted our group of 17. There are 11 bedrooms each with at least one king or queen size bed and everyone was extremely comfortable. The common areas are large and well laid out for family time, but there is also plenty of space for privacy. The outdoor areas were superb appealing to young adults and older folks as well. Our host was superb and was always available to address our needs. Would highly recommend this amazing home!

Our group of 20 had a fantastic stay. We loved that most couples were able to get their own private bathrooms and the house was so large that we were well spaced out and were able to get alone time to recharge away from the group when needed. We also had toddlers in our group, so the high chair and two play pens in the house were very helpful.

We had an wonderful time at Scott’s property. We had a group of 18 adult guests, family and friends, and the house was spacious enough to accommodate everyone; providing amazing spaces for gatherings and also privacy for those who wanted quiet moments. We spent most of our mornings and evenings enjoying the beautiful patio and pool area. You will not be disappointed in this home!
We also appreciate that Scott met us onsite at check in, to give us a short property tour.

Our group really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous home in Mesa. I'll start by echoing the sentiments of previous reviews: The photos on the listing don't do this house justice! This is a beautiful home, and it is perfect for large groups, whether related or not, especially for those who like their bedrooms to have their own ensuite bath. (Sidenote: All 4 bedrooms on the basement/lower level share 1.5 baths.) The pool and other exterior amenities were great, the kitchen was spacious and well-appointed, and some of the finishes, like the stone accents and the lighted stairs leading from the basement, were top notch. The private chef we hired had plenty of room and all of the necessary equipment to prepare and display our delicious meals! (We did leave his info with Scott, so if you're looking to hire a chef, he has Chef Ron's contact info...he loved being there as much as we did! lol) There is no opportunity to get bored in this house--there's something for everyone, whether the variety of games downstairs, the library upstairs, the bar on the main floor (where we were happy to leave several bottles upon departure) and everything that is available outdoors. (Sidenote: There is a hot tub, which I wasn't aware of until I read all of the reviews that had been posted between the time we booked and the time leading up to our arrival. It's built into the cabana behind the pool's waterfall.)
Scott was an excellent host. Communication prior to arrival was consistent, he met us upon arrival to provide a tour, and he maintained contact during our stay to make sure everything was going well. There were a few issues that were identified upon check-in, and Scott was very responsive, even replacing one of the beds prior to the arrival of our guests that would occupy that room. We were extremely pleased with our experience, and would absolutely stay at this Contemporary Mesa mansion again in the future. There are a few opportunities for improvement, which I am happy to communicate privately, but nothing that would deter me from providing a positive review or recommending this home to other renters. We highly recommend! Thank you, Scott, for a great experience and thank you for being so welcoming to our unconventional group!

Wow Factor!
This may be hard to believe but the pictures don't do justice to this place. This place has the wow-factor in spades. You have to see it to appreciate it fully - so many rooms everywhere and Scott thought of everything. He was super responsive to a couple minor issues we had and is all about customer service. Would highly recommend this place and can't say enough good things about Scott as the owner.

Scott was ready to serve us 24/7 and we loved all the features of the home but especially the pool, large kitchens and comfortable beds. This was the best rental any of us have every stayed at and we plan to return in the future!

Words (and photos) cannot describe how amazing this house is. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the AZ weather. Scott was the perfect host, always available if we needed anything. We played two golf courses less than 10 minutes from the house. We are looking for future opportunities to stay here again.

Renting this property for the long weekend was perfect. We had a co-ed group of 24 and there was more than enough beds, bathrooms, towels, and amenities. The pictures don't even do this gorgeous house justice. Hot tub, pool, and endless games/activities inside and outside the house kept us busy all weekend. The sound system plays throughout the house and a portable JBL speaker was provided for us to use poolside. On top of that, Scott was highly responsive and only a short distance away if anything came up with the house that needed to be addressed. We would definitely come back here in a heartbeat if we have the opportunity arises!
