About this condo rental
Located in Tybee Island, this attractive condo for $398 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy waking up to the best view on Tybee Island! The almost private beach is just outside the unit, where you will see dolphins playing, shrimp boats, and majestic cargo ships coming in and out of the Savannah port . The north end of Tybee Island is very quiet, with pristine beaches and beautiful wildlife year round. Please feel free to check out our other unit (#21C) that we own in the same building. They are very similar units. Both units have amazing Oceanfront views!. The VRBO listing number is 803720. The dates on this unit may fit your vacation needs better. Please email or call if there are questions. PLEASE NOTE- 1) This unit is located on the 3rd floor and does NOT have access to an elevator. There are 48 steps to the unit. The view is SO well worth it and we just consider it part of our daily exercise and it's the top floor so no one is above you!! 16C is the perfect unit to take in the beautiful 180* view of the ocean and the Savannah river. There are two bedrooms. Guests bedroom has a Queen Bed and Twin Bunk Beds and the Master Bedroom has a new comfortable king bed overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Both have private full baths .The living room, dining area and kitchen are comfortable and well equipped with an adorable cottage look. Just a 5 minute walk to the Tybee Lighthouse. Walk or bike just a short distance to several great restaurants- North Beach Grill, Huc a poos, Agave- they are all wonderful! Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! You can park your car and not have to get back in it until it is time to leave if you wish! This condo is located in Lighthouse Point Condo complex. This is a gated condo complex. On the North end of Tybee Island and the quiet end where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a large beach but not a lot of waves. The ships come to the Savannah Port and we see dolphins almost every day we are there. Lighthouse Point features two large swimming pools OPEN YEAR ROUND (20'x50' and 25'x45') and a kids pool (10'x18') The pools are not heated. There are 2 tennis courts, private WIFI and a community grill. Tybee Island is just a short 20 minute drive to Historic Downtown Savannah! Take a day to tour this beautiful city and be back in the afternoon on the beach and watching the sunset! Hope y'all consider renting my condo! The view is amazing! Thanks David

This is the one! Your search is over! Book your stay! You’re still reading? Ok fine, I’ll tell you why. This condo is exceptionally clean, has a beachy, (but not gaudy) updated decor, is comfy, and the best view on Tybee. Our host, David, absolutely thought of everything you will need to be enjoy your stay. We had one issue with the door lock which David took care of right away. We could have sat in the balcony with David’s binoculars all day the entire visit. We did, however, thoroughly enjoy exploring Tybee and Savannah. Wonderful lil vaca for me and my cousin! We will be back. Thanks, David!

The rental exceeded expectations. My husband and I were very happy with the:
—location and incredible views (using binoculars we watched cargo ships and saw dolphins from the balcony of the condo)
—cleanliness of the space
—comfy mattress and high-quality bedding
—coastal decor and layout of the rental
—numerous and thoughtful amenities provided by the host
—dedicated parking close to the condo
—restaurant recommendations found in binder on entryway table (Huc-a-poos was awesome!)

The condo exceeded my expectations! Everything was smooth and easy from booking to arrival to staying. We cooked several meals and were very pleased with the kitchen. Everybody slept great in the beds too. And we had the beach to ourselves some days! The tennis court was an added bonus. We walked to the lighthouse and climbed 128 stairs to a beautiful view of Tybee. We felt rejuvenated after our short vacation.

This has been our all time favorite VRBO property. Pictures do not do the view justice. I could sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins and boats all day. Yes, we saw so many dolphins from the balcony. We really enjoyed the location, private beach, and pools. The condo was very comfortable, clean, and cute. It is much more light and airy than the pictures show. It was perfect for our family of 4. We will definitely return!

Condo was as described in photos & written description. Property owner was quick to respond to questions & gave great info on the area that was helpful. Very well located, we walked within 20 minutes to almost all shopping & several restaurants which is great because you pay to park everywhere on Tybee Island. Absolutely recommend this condo !

The condo was adorable! It was clean with lovely decor and was equipped with everything that we needed. The location was perfect, and the view spectacular! The condo and grounds were well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again. I would recommend more comfortable seating in the living area as only three adults can sit comfortably. I would also recommend more sets of towels so you dont have to wash them every day.

Such a beautiful view! We enjoyed watching the cargo ships from the very comfortable deck chairs. Access to the beach was great just a bit of a walk. Condo was very clean and tastefully decorated and updated. Our only surprise was the 48 steps to get into the condo. Not a problem for us but for some this may pose an issue.
We can’t wait to stay again.

The condo was very clean and the complex was quiet with a nice pool.
The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, except we definitely needed more paper towel and toilet paper for our family of 4.
The beach was not crowded at our end at all, but it was quite a walk, would be hard with little kids, and the sand was hard and packed down.
The sunsets were beautiful from our balcony.
Tybee overall was a very chill place, lots of seafood choices and definitely check out Huckapoos for pizza!
We had no issues with the condo at all while we there, but the owner texted us on the day we checked in to let us know it was ready.
Nice little grocery store on the island, IGA, but it was pretty expensive, as expected.
Would recommend this condo for a family with older kids for sure!

David was very accommodating and made the whole process very easy and seamless. The condo is amazing. The decor is beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The view is beyond beautiful. Morning coffee outside watching the waves on the comfortable outdoor seating was so special. The sunset view from the balcony in the evening was even better. The very short walk to the beach was a nice treat. We were able to walk to close by restaurants as well as the lighthouse. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo and we will definitely be back!

We have been coming to Tybee regularly for several years. Booked this unit at the last minute for our anniversary when we saw the weather would be good. First time staying in the North Beach/Lighthouse area. We were a little concerned about being on the third floor with no elevator, but wanted to see how such a unit could be rated nothing but 5s! We were not disappointed!. View was great, the condo was great, weather was great, David was great - Everything was great!. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was a refreshing retreat. The white shiplap and textured finishes felt clean and inviting. The host was wonderful to provide accurate directions, instructions, helpful information and responsive communication. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and walking on the beach. This was the perfect place to stay!! Great view and perfect location to still be able to go shopping and to restaurants with ease. David had everything we needed in the condo, we were so pleasantly surprised! The stairs weren’t an issue at all like some of the other reviews had stated. I’d say a couple more steps is definitely worth that priceless view! We had so much fun just relaxing inside the condo, it’s decorated so cute and cozy and felt like the perfect little getaway. We will definitely pick this condo when we go back in the future.
