Just under 5 a minute walk to the beach. Large balcony with a 6' porch swing to relax and enjoy Tybee Island. Master has a King Bed (new mattress) and the guests room has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each room has their separate bathroom. Lighthouse point Condo is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island. You can walk to the Lighthouse and other restaurants. Ride bikes to anywhere on the Island! PLEASE NOTE- THIS UNIT IS LOCATED ON THE FIRST FLOOR BUT PARKING IS BELOW THE UNIT. THERE ARE15 STEPS WITH A STRUDY HANDRAIL

What an amazing place! So close to so many fun activities. We walked to the beach every morning, walked to a local brewery, Pizza place, Lighthouse, and shops. Thank you so much for having us! David was great! very quick to respond when something was needed. House was clean and well taken care of. Thank you

This was a great place to stay. It was super cute and spacious for 4 people. The owner responded promptly to my questions and was always pleasant. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make our Thanksgiving meal. A few minor negatives: they only supplied one kitchen towel, a few more would have been appreciated, the fitted sheet on the master bed kept coming off (maybe higher quality sheets are needed), supplying a few more than 2 kitchen garbage bags would have been appreciated, also the remote for the Roku in the master bedroom wasn’t working. I would definitely come back here again. It was too cold to swim, but the pool looked very nice and the beach was only a short walk away.

The condo was clean and quiet and David is a good communicator. We went fishing with Catalina Charters and caught redfish and trout. Delicious! Enjoyed the beautiful beach and Old Fort Jackson too. I would definitely stay here again--it's a peaceful neighborhood vibe.

We were vacationing in Savannah & wanted to unwind for a few days. It was off season but perfect. Had a great time just walking the beach & enjoying local pubs & restaurants.

Condo was clean and spacious! Loved the porch swing on the balcony. Location was close to ocean and convenient to everything. When our flight was cancelled and we were not going to arrive until a day later, David went above and beyond to accommodate us. Overall, our trip was amazing, and I would absolutely stay in David’s condo again!

Clean and just as described. 2 bedrooms, 1 with king-sized bed and t.v. The other had bunk beds with queen (?) bed. The balcony was great to spend time on when not on the beach. There is a bit of a walk to get too the beach but it was always worth the trip.

Loved the condo, the set up was perfect for our needs. The porch with the large porch swing was enjoyable. Glad we chose the North Beach area and the beach was beautiful with great views of the lighthouse. Enjoyed the option of having the pool as well. David was a perfect host and very responsive. I found him to be very helpful in making our stay the best it could be. I would definitely book this condo again.

Was nice away from crazy public beach. Your own peaceful beach, definitely a plus with children. You can walk to the light house. Beds was comfortable, had a full kitchen but needs a few extra pans had to cook breakfast items one at a time in the one and only skillet. Owners was very nice great people. Aj's was great place to eat, and definitely crab shack .

Condo was exactly as described. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. Pool access is directly across from the condo which was very convenient. The owner sends out a great email before your trip with helpful information about the area, some ideas of things to do, places to eat, how to get around etc., which was very helpful. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great & clean 2 bed/2bath condo. Nice balcony w/ sturyd swing. Owner communication is great via text. Only complaint was the noise from the tenants above when they walk. Would return!

Very nice condo which was extremely clean! Close walk to beach at north end of the island, which was a relatively quiet strip of beach for our stay, Complex was also very nice with two pools plus a baby pool and plenty of seating poolside. It was also very safe. About a 10 minute drive to Pier and shops/restaurants in downtown. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

We loved our stay. The place is decorated so sweetly and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was a bit hard for carting all the gear, so I would recommend a sand-capable cart for your stuff. We would absolutely stay again.

This condo is GREAT! Absolutely charming, VERY clean and comfortable nicely decorated. Very nice porch/deck with swing and lots of seating. Master bed is very comfortable. The entire complex is nice and clean. What a pleasant stay. Excellent communication with the property owner! What a pleasure to have met them, GREAT people!

So pleased with the location and the property. Could easily walk to the Lighthouse and North Beach. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated, exactly as pictured. There is a lovely, large balcony with a porch swing overlooking the pool. Kitchen appropriately stocked, could use bbq tools for outdoor grill. Comfortable beds, twin bunks could use mattress pads, was surprised there wasn't any on the beds when we removed sheets at check out. Convenient parking and easy 1st floor access. Suggestions: beach towels would be appreciated. Wish the pool was heated for early spring use, as the weather was sketchy at times. There was no lighting or was not working outside the front door, made it difficult to see key pad for entry. Favorite restaurants: Crab Shack and Sting Rays.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved having two full bathrooms, and the kids enjoyed having separate beds. Loved the deck with the swing! The condo is in a perfect location for walking to North Beach, the lighthouse and some great local restaurants. David was easy to communicate with, and this was a great overall place to stay that I would recommend to others.

David was great! The communication from start to finish was exceptional. His condo is just thr right fit for a girls trip and would be great for a family trip. Its not too far from downtown Tybee and the cab rides are affordable. Its also close enough to Savannah. Thank you, David, I look forward to staying again!

This was our first time staying in Tybee, but definitely won’t be our last! We came in for 5 nights to relax & celebrate our birthdays. We enjoyed food from *Bubba Gumbos (we highly recommend their fried shrimp, blackened mahi & homemade ranch), *Stingrays (oysters were large & steamed shrimp was good) & *The Crab Shack (king crab was good, but not worth $120, steamed shrimp & clam chowder were ok, too touristy & not worth the hype- probably won’t go back). The condo was spacious, clean & nicely decorated with just the right amount of stuff. Majority of the condos have so many knick-knacks & miscellaneous decor everywhere leaving little room for your personal items! The master bed was super comfy, soft linens & a good ceiling fan! Not a bad walk to the beach, but would suggest using the beach access beside unit 22! I would highly recommend this condo & owner for future rentals!

My daughter and I stayed for a quick girls weekend. It was a great quiet location with quick access to the beach and local attractions. We enjoyed a walk to the lighthouse which was really close and laying out by the pool. The condo was well stocked and clean. The complex was quiet. A nice getaway.

This place is an excellent value. Great little place, extremely clean and comfortable. We chose this location for our trip to Savannah because we didn't want to stay in town and wanted a quiet area, and this place fit the bill. The condo complex has easy access to the beach and we enjoyed our beach walks at the end of each day!

We stayed for a quick weekend. This was the perfect space for our group of 4. The condo was stocked with what we needed and was very clean. The host provided a detailed list of information about the condo and Tybee Island/Savannah. That was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
