The staff were really friendly and especially the guests relations Ihya!! She was soo welcoming friendly and soo helpful!!

Overall a good experience and great staff at the pool and restaurant plus reception is really helpful.
Pool area needs more attention to cleaning with the bird droppings on the sides.
The room service is very poor and needs better managing. Sometimes are items would take over 30mins to come for a bottle of water or never comes at all.

The Lobby and the Parking was ok
There aren’t enough no-smoking rooms, and the management wasn’t willing to help.
