It's a beautiful, traditional house in the artsy district of Nicosia (a nice 25 min walk to the centre, quite safe even at night), full of personality and art pieces. Room was big and airy, there is a beautiful garden and a small kitchen with a fridge and coffee/tea facilities. Bed very comfortable. Really good value for money.
The road outside the house is super trafficky, therefore very noisy at all hours. Had to wear earplugs to be able to sleep. But there are rooms overlooking the garden, so they would be probably a better choice.

Lovely, accommodating host who really cares about her guests. The common areas and rooms were well equipped and comfortable, and the house's location was convenient for visiting the city centre (25 minute walk / 10 minute drive).
Communication with the host before and during the trip was also very easy, and the fruit/coffee/tea provided in the common area was much appreciated!

The property has a nice lobby and is close to the city centre. The purpose of my stay was to take an exam the next day at the University of Cyprus, so I chose this property to be closer to the university and be there on time. It also allows pets, and I was happy that I could stay with my dog. There was a good conditioner in the room which saved from the heat at night.
All was good, nothing to complain about.

This creative and unique property was perfect for a two night stay. Wonderful host and access to kitchen facilities and parking.
Room abuts street so it was a bit noisy at times. Nothing that anyone could do about it though. Otherwise, was a great place.
