Nice experience

Nice small hotel, located very close to the Old Town centre, near shops, cafes, restaurants and sightseeings, in save and quiet neighbourhood. It is furnished with natural wood, and with attention to details, even though the interior is minimalistic. The breakfast is very tasty, yes there is not great variety of food, bit in this hotel less is more - you can choose from fresh veggies, fruits and bread, delicious cheese and olives, eggs or muesli and jam. Coffee and tea, of course! If you need some recommendations for your stay in North Nikosia you can trust the stuff - helpful and polite.

Almost nothing, a little more attention when cleaning the shower.

Historical venue in the city center

The position is close to the center. The owner Is very kind and suggested us very useful tips, and good places to go, such as the very good restaurant Tulia, very close to the hotel. The breakfast is good. It Is an historical family house in an historical area of the city.

The room was small, but there are bigger in the building.

Friendly host and staff

The host and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a few minutes away from Ledra Street. The bread for breakfast is served warm.

The room was too small. I have nothing against Islam as I respect every religion. But the truth is that we couldn't sleep well as there's a Mosque close by and they start praying at 5.20am.

Most agreeable.

A fabulous little hotel, perfectly located in the Old City of Lefkosa. The place had ambience, good rooms, friendly and most helpful staff and all in all, it was a great experience and I am sure that I will be back.

My only concern was the bed. The two twin beds, pushed together to make a double drifted apart in the night. Not entirely comfortable. However, this was only a minor issue in an otherwise fine stay.

Für Pendler zwischen Zypern und Nord-Zypern die beste Adresse der Stadt.

Beste und ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum der nördlichen und eher türkisch geprägten Altstadt von Nicosia // Lefkosia. Bis zum Kontrollpunkt auf der Ledra-Fußgängerzone benötigt man maximal zehn Minuten Fußweg. Als EU-Bürger kann man den Kontrollpunkt jederzeit und problemlos in jeweils beide Richtungen überqueren. Der Top-Standort und die hervorragende Qualität dieses Hauses bieten dabei einen herausragenden Vorteil.

Sehr herzliches, selbstgemachtes (vegetarisches) Frühstück mit lokalen Spezialitäten, saubere Zimmer mit guter & moderner Ausstattung! Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wasser zum nachfüllen verfügbar und sauber.

Anfahrt aufgrund etwas unklarer Adresse etwas schwierig aber umso herzlichere Begrüßung!

Good

The building is modern, very clean and just 5 minutes walk from the Ledra street checkpoint. The staff is very kind and we appreciated a lot their plastic-free policy. Breakfast is very good and prepared at the moment by a very kind lady: in particular, coffee is excellent with even vegan and lactose free options (both the regular milk and vegan cappuccinos are delicious).

The hotel is located at the crossing between two roads, in front of trash bins on one side and a mosque on the other side. If you are unlucky (like us) and are assigned the wrong room you will be disturbed by traffic jam during the day, trash collection truck at 3 a.m. and calling to prayer from the mosque at 5 a.m. You'll be surprised to discover the suite is actually the worst room in terms of noise. However, the staff alerted us when we checked-in about this problem and, after the night, apologised in words and with a very appreciated gift.

The hotel has been renovated into a modern interior. It is clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and they had excellent cappuccino. The location is excellent, my family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

The hotel is directly opposite the mosque. If someone is a light sleeper, the call to morning prayer may wake them up. It didn't happen to me, the bed was good, so I slept soundly. Otherwise, I don't think there is anything to complain about the hotel.

The place was very cozy and cute. I loved the breakfast in the garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location was a bit difficult to find at first but once you know your way, it was fine ;)

A great stay right in the center of historic Nicosia with good vibes ☺️

The vibes!!! The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. But the friendly and very supportive staff made the stay most beautiful! The buffet-style breakfast was absolutely delicious and so was the freshly brewed coffee. We also had our dinner in the restaurant and absolutely enjoyed the delicious pizza! 😋

Great location , atmosphere , very friendly , lovely people , good breakfast , wonderful view from our room , loved the pizza night .. we will be back . Superb

We loved the ambiance and location of hotel. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast outside in Garden was very nice and we even had extra toast and coffees! We would definitely stay here again.

Very welcoming, a great stay

Helpful and accommodating staff, comfortable room and a good location in the Old Town. Nice breakfast every morning. Don’t miss the Wed/Fri/Sat pizza nights on the patio.

All in all a great hotel with a café and decent coffee. But what really makes it stand out are the employees!

Really nice employees, very helpful and kind. Also the location is good, close to everything.

Showers were not properly cleaned, there was stone visible on the shower. This could be done much better.
