This property is great in all aspects!!! This is one of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in. The house has everything you can think of. Andrew has really paid attention to every detail and he is always a phone call away if you need him. The location is also great. Strongly recommend this property.

Great location and great communication with owner

This rental was great for our family! It’s a great location, was impeccably clean, had beautiful decor, and the convenience of walkable nearby shops and restaurants was an added bonus. The house was well stocked with supplies and our house Andrew was very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. For families, the presence of a heated pool was an absolute delight. The kids (and even the adults!) thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the pool, especially after a long day of exploring. The fact that the pool was heated allowed us to indulge in swimming even during cooler evenings, adding an extra level of fun to our vacation.

The location is unbeatable - just minutes away from all the attractions and sights that Hollywood has to offer. We were able to easily walk to many of the nearby restaurants. It was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything we needed to feel right at home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room was a great place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Perhaps the best part of our stay was the excellent communication and hospitality of the host. They were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Nice house, fully stocked. Didn’t get to use the pool because of the crazy weather but it’s a very nice setup. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We were visiting LA for the holidays. We had a great time in Larchmont Village. The property was perfect for our family (clean, spacious, and well appointed). The neighborhood was walkable and had many offerings (restaurants, cafes, etc.). Andrew is a great host and answered questions very promptly! We look forward to our next visit!
