About this house rental
Find your very own piece of paradise at our resort style 5 bed, 7 bath Villa. Indoor/Outdoor living with a gourmet kitchen plus living & dining rooms which open to a secluded backyard with pool, hot tub, BBQ grill & lounge area. Rooftop patio, sauna, home theater, pool table, TV’s in all bedrooms, free parking and central heat/air. Centrally located, remodeled & professionally decorated. This home is truly designed to pamper and relax, offering our guests the best in luxury design & comfort.
This 5000 sq ft home begins with an airy open floor plan on the first floor which includes a gourmet kitchen, dining room for 10, wine room, powder room & living room with 75 inch smart streaming flat screen TV & built in fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line appliances & everything else you would need to cook & entertain.
The first floor opens up to the backyard for indoor / outdoor living. Enjoy the 300 sq ft pool & hot tub year round. The backyard offers a large patio lounge area with outdoor dining & kitchen, BBQ grill, fireplace, sun chairs & umbrella.
We have 5 bedrooms throughout the home. All bedrooms have smart streaming TV's and room darkening shades.
The Master bedroom is located on the second floor & boasts a king size bed, ensuite full bath with tub, private balcony, fireplace & walk in closet.
Two more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, both have queen beds, en suite full bathrooms & private balconies.
One bedroom is on the first floor, it has a queen bed & an en suite connected full bathroom as well.
The last bedroom is on the basement level, it has a queen bed. There is a full bathroom next to it but they are not connected.
The basement level is a large area equipped with a theater room, a pool table, and a sauna.
There are 7 bathrooms throughout the home. 5 are full bathrooms (4 of these are en suite & connected to bedrooms. 1 is not attached to a bedroom & is located in the basement. All full bathrooms come with linens, basic toiletries & hairdryers.
We also have 2 half baths, 1 on the first floor and 1 in the backyard for easy access from the pool area.
The basement level has a full sauna room, a pool table & a home theater room with a 120 inch projector screen plus plenty of comfy seating.
The rooftop patio has 360 views of the surrounding city which can be enjoyed from the cozy lounge area with a relaxing fire pit. There are also additional sun loungers & games for the whole group to enjoy.
We have central heat & air conditioning, free washer & dryer in the house, free parking for 2 small cars in our garage & 2 in the driveway.
You have private access to the entire property inside & out. No areas are shared, the whole house is just for you!
Pool / Spa heating not included. Please inquire for pricing.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for Pool heating request.
Linens & Damage Policy:
Bed sheets, towels, and blankets are provided for guest use and are expected to be treated with reasonable care. Any damage including stains that cannot be removed—will result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
Any outdoor noise after 10 pm and music that can be heard on the street is strictly prohibited. Visit by security forfeits deposit.

Excellent location and property wonderful for large families. My favorite part of the day was drinking my morning coffee in the relaxing, beautiful back yard. Enjoying the cool Cali evenings around the gas fire table is also a plus.Check-in was smooth, just a little glitch. The remote for the front gate was not on the table as instructed. Luckily, the maintenance man was on the property and the management team was prompt in reprograming the front gate and gave a new remote. A few other minor issues were promptly fixed by the management team. Their communication was excellent. I would rent this property again.

The property was absolutely beautiful and accommodated all my guest well. Some things to bring to attention was the microwave did not work our entire trip which was annoying because we had to waste a lot of food as a result. Also there seemed to be some electric shortage because the outlets and TV in the living room did not work or the TV in the basement. The advertisement says it has a hot tub which is does but you have to pay to access which is slightly misleading. Otherwise I would recommend this property.

This home is the epitome of LA: gorgeous at first glance, but the longer you stay, the more questions you have.The location was excellent and the amenities looked impressive on paper, but the house itself was surprisingly dirty. Every room left our feet black and sticky. There were no spare hand towels anywhere in the house.Many features throughout the home were either broken or difficult to use. Several drawers would not close properly, the grill had melted off knobs, and the outlets in the master bathroom didn't work. The main gate was broken and we were offered complimentary heating for the hot tub which was a great gesture. However, it was a huge hassle to get it approved and set up, and then we learned that the hot tub gets lukewarm at best.Communication with the management company was frustrating. We were often speaking with different people who appeared unaware of previous conversations, requiring us to repeatedly explain the same issues. There were also frequent attempts to charge extra fees for various services. This put a big damper on my vacation.The house has great potential and is in a fantastic central location, but considering the high price tag, the overall condition was disappointing. With better cleaning, maintenance, and communication, this could be a great property.
