While this house is in the center of all the Beverly Hills/West Hollywood/Hollywood Hills activities, its also nestled in a quiet, dog-walk kind of neighborhood. Very little foot traffic other than neighbors getting coffee or taking their dogs to socialize. Parking passes only, so you won’t have the overcrowded street like most nearby neighborhoods or lack of parking like the Hollywood Hills. The house has security cameras around the entire perimeter and viewable from any bedroom TV. *** HOUSE RULES: No parties or extra guests beyond what was entered at the time of the reservation. No loud music or noisy guests after midnight. If you break the house rules you will forfeit your security deposit.
