Stay was good. Very good location, walkable to Seaport area.

Good Location. Hotel was nice, room OK nothing out of the ordinary. We were there for a night only.

Check in was OK, nothing our of the ordinary. We asked for restaurants to eat or recommendations around the Seaport area and the girl doing the check in give us a piece of paper with names of places. Zero effort for recommendations. Very automated.

Pleasant stay.

Speedy check-in. Lovely staff. Comfortable and clean room. However, there were children running around in the room above for a time that interrupted sleep in the evening. Staff were immediately responsive.

Hotel is in good shape but reception staff is unfriendly and lacks service mentality.

Hotel is rather modern and in good shape, Very clean.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. The hotel was overly crowded with some event and tourists who constantly hang out in the entrance area and other facilities. Requests like late checkout or upgrade of room (despite having requested this in the HH app days before the trip) were not granted.

Petit-déjeuner excellent Hôtel confortable, de qualité Personnel souriant et serviable : dans l'espace déjeuner, les valets pour l'auto et au comptoir à l'accueil!

- La situation géographique : sur une carte, ça semble être sur le bord de l'eau, mais dans les faits, quartier industriel, difficile de circuler en tant que piéton. Métro à 1 km. - La piscine est minuscule! J'avais vu les commentaires pourtant mais en examinant les photos, je ne le croyais pas. Elle est grande comme une chambre pour 4! Je n'ai jamais pu profiter de l'installation alors que j'avais choisi cet hôtel expressément pour la piscine (condition médicale) - Il ne faut pas se fier aux photos des espaces communs : les belles salles que vous voyez sur les photos sont réservées exclusivement à des événements privés. Très très décevant! On magasine des heures souvent pour un hôtel et on se fie à ce qu'on voit sur les photos... les enfants ont été très déçus de ne pas pouvoir profiter de ces espaces communs... - Le stationnement avec valet peu être pratique, mais il est presqu'obligatoire... à 60$ US par nuit. Ils utilisent un parking privé à proximité et charge le double pour le service.

Overall, the stay was beautiful we

The breakfast was good for the most part! However, the chicken for the chicken and waffles was a little dry and could have been a little better. I loved the variety of choices for the breakfast and that it was an actually hot breakfast and not a continental breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable, safe, and relaxing.

I don’t really like the location not that the location wasn’t nice and clean it just was away from the main attractions of Boston. I did not like that there is a $75 damage charge per night, which can be expensive. The manager did waive that fee for me thank God but I think it is unneccessary to charge that fee upfront. It should be charged when you check out if there is any damages to the room.

Not great for groups.

My family of 5 people stayed at this hotel where the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and even curved in a strange way, making it nearly impossible to get a decent night's sleep. To make matters worse, there were no vegan options available for breakfast, leaving me with very limited choices. As a vegan traveler, this was extremely disappointing and left me feeling quite frustrated with my overall experience at the hotel. I hope the hotel management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the comfort of their accommodations and expanding their breakfast menu to cater to a wider range of dietary preferences.

Great location fantastic, attentive staff

The women at the desk were fantastic! They made me feel like we were staying with friends. We spoke first to w/woman with her hair up and wrapped, perhaps Algerian? She was just wonderful; warm, efficient and SO helpful! We ended up changing rooms for a bath and she made it fast and easy. Carmen was also great

We oddly found a bloody towel in our room :/we don't feel it was us but the rest of the room

Amazing hotel with great food, great service and great staff!

The free breakfast was amazing! Top notch service, excellent selection of food and beverages. The staff was attentive, facilities were very clean. Also, on Wednesday they have free drinks and food. We received wine, salad, cheese and crackers, potatoes. So good!!Highly recommend this hotel

Their sanitary napkin dispensers were empty in the bathrooms and they did not have any extra at their desk.

Muy buen hotel

Las habitaciones son bastante grandes y cómodas, con un baño muy bien equipado. Personal muy amable. La piscina y el gym están muy bien y en general todas las instalaciones son nuevas y cuidadas.

Por decir algo, el desayuno necesita un poco más de variedad. Y la localización no es céntrica pero con un pequeño paseo llegas enseguida.

Location to convention center was excellent. The breakfast was good.

The front staff were rude. They acted as if they are being bothered. Their tv service wasn’t working for 2 days out of our stay. They didn’t notify us and when we asked their only comment was that it is an external issue, not their fault. They weren’t even apologetic.

Clean, comfortable, and good value for the price paid

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, price was reasonable, amenities were average, free breakfast helped save some money and the hot food was a bit more than I was expecting. Room was a bit small but comfortable and clean.

The snack shop was pricey, the hotel was off the beaten path but still walkable to shops and restaurants, the area had a bit of an old industrial feel and seemed to still be being built up.

Der Hotel Besuch war unglaublich angenehm und entspannend

Das Frühstück war ganz passabel, die Lage eher nebenan und sehr ruhig. Jedoch waren die Zimmer einwandfrei und das Personal unglaublich freundlich. Stehts hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Bei der Aussicht war es sehr schade das wir direkt in eine Bürokomplex geschaut haben

I felt very comfortable and would stay there again.

The view was really nice, we had a king size room with a couch, it was very comfortable and cozy. They had a laundry room option, where you could wash your clothes by your own. That was really great since we traveled just with a small luggage and had to wash.

The breakfast wasn’t that satisfying. For me it missed vegetables like Tomate, cucumber, lettuce and so on. But it seems like that’s common in the hotels in the USA, because we saw the complete same type of breakfast in all hotels.
