Our hosts were truly amazing. They were unbelievably responsive and handled every question/issue we had very quickly and always to our complete satisfaction.
I would have preferred out parking spot to be on the same floor we were staying on.

Great location and great customer service! The apartment was clean and quiet, and on site parking was so helpful.
For the price, bigger beds would have been nice. But the beds were as advertised and comfortable.

lots of restaurants right outside and a movie theater
two front doormen, one was wonderful and nice but he was at the other building. Ours was incredibly rude. I asked a question he walked away and just pointed, didn’t answer with a word. It was a very cold “executive” feeling not a warm, family friendly place
The pool was the size of a matchbox, I never would have brought three teenagers if I had known this
The pool table in our building had no equipment for it.
The company had absolutely no flexibility. we wanted to pay for an extra parking spot and they wouldn’t let us but there were so many open spots, they were not flexible about changing days or canceling at all like most of the properties in Boston. I would not use them again.
