Located in the prestigious Key Colony Beach, this recently updated single story home is just right for 4 people to enjoy all the amazing activities the beautiful FL Keys have to offer. World class fishing, diving and snorkeling are all just a short ride away. Spot a few manatees or load your boat with ease in the canal offering 30’ of dockage right in the backyard. A brand new bait freezer and fish cleaning station make cleaning your catch a breeze. Fully stocked kitchen. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with Xfinity TV and Wi-Fi. New Weber grill and patio furniture. Full size washer and dryer. Looking for some R&R? Relax and unwind at the exclusive Cabana Club located less than 450ft away. Our guests have access to the private club’s gorgeous white sand beach, pristine zero entry pool, super-sized hot tub and delightful food/beverage service. Also just a short walk away is Key Colony Inn where you can enjoy an incredible meal, live music and they will cook your catch too! Or celebrate the last light of day at Sunset Park with the locals just a little further down the road. Key West is less than an hour away on the scenic overseas highway and makes a perfect day trip. An unforgettable tropical vacation awaits you in the middle keys at Razz’s Retreat. -4 person maximum capacity per KCB rules. -All reservation must run from a Saturday to Saturday in season (Dec-Mar). Exceptions possible please send inquiry. -No partial weeks are allowed (7 day minimum rental). -Boat approval required. Must provide overall length, make and model details ahead of booking. The property offers 30 feet of dockage with neighboring boats bow to stern. To ensure your boat will fit, please subtract two feet necessary for tide swings, leaving 28 feet for the length overall of the vessel including pulpit on the bow and outboard engine(s) tilted up or left down. -Boat Trailer Parking: The owner of the trailer must be renter of property. This property is one I would give 6 stars if I could. It was so clean and stocked with everything we would need for the week. The back yard makes you know you are in Florida with the view. It was a 3 minute walk to a waterfront restaurant we loved.

We loved this little retreat. What can you say about a host that has thought about everything a guest could need, even down to the makeup mirror in the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of your daily needs. Just comfy, cozy , place. Hope to rebook for next year!!

This was our 5th time down at KCB and was again wonderful. First time on on the north/east side and staying at Razz’s Retreat was a delight. Having access to the Cabana Club was an added bonus. Just need to remember to get there early…House was clean, quite, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

The house was fantastic. Great location, close to the restaurants and the Cabana Club. We ended up renting a boat for a few days and being able to dock at the house was a great bonus. We are already looking at dates for next year….

FANTASTIC property. If you’re searching for a rental that is a home away from home this is it.
The location is very quiet but still close to a handful of restaurants. The backyard was a great place to sit to watch the birds on the canal and the occasional manatee that would visit. Don’t miss the sunsets at Sunset Park!
The kitchen is well stocked so that staying in and cooking meals is no problem.
All 3 beds are really comfortable with excellent bedding.
So many extras including everything you need for the beach: towels, chairs, umbrella and cooler.
The owners were very responsive but not intrusive.
I have stayed at many rental properties and this one by far was the most comfortable and, well, … like home!

We had a nice three week stay at Razz's . Terrific location. Owners responded quickly to questions. When the two day blast of cold weather came through we had heat. Family staying in another location did not have heat, only A/C.

You can tell this house is loved! It's all in the details. The location is perfect, the decor is perfect, and it was immaculate! It feels like home and yet feels like a vacation at the same time. I was truly sad to leave I felt like I belonged there. This trip was such an amazing escape from the real world I can't wait to go back. My favorite was staying up late and looking up at the stars from the back lounge chairs. The view of the evening sky is spectacular. The palm trees swaying in the warm evening breeze. Simply paradise. I don't think you could find a better house to stay in honestly.

Everything one requires is provided and more. We've been coming to the Keys since 2005 and have never had such a great experience as we had at "Razz's Retreat ". The owners obviously view the plentiful and high quality amenities as what they would expect to have in their own dwelling. Looking forward to returning in the future if available.

Favorite Place to Stay!
We have stayed here a few times and will continue to come back. It is our favorite place to be. They have taken extensive consideration making sure that everything you could possibly need is there. The place is clean, great location and full of amenities. Love it!

We throughly enjoyed this property and would definitely recommend it to our friends and family. Most likely we will stay here on our next visit. Key Colony is a beautiful key and centrally located in the keys weather you want to go on down to Key West or up to Key Largo. Key Colony is also a very nice little place beautiful parks great little golf coarse for a little fun time and the restaurants and bars a great as well.

This property was the best suited property for our needs! We began our stay on Christmas Day and we were able to prepare an amazing Christmas dinner. The kitchen had more than adequate dishes, serving plates, cookware and a well stocked pantry. We had our choice of a regular coffee maker or k-cup. Every small detail was amazing.
We brought our three kayaks and had plenty of room to tie them up. We kayaked to curry hammock state park and out to the sandbar from the property. We saw many fish, shark and quite a few manatee.
We swam at the cabana club beach and really enjoyed the relaxed vibe.
I would definitely like to stay at this property again!
