About this house rental
Nestled in Pigeon Forge, this attractive house for $600 per night is a great choice for your next trip. NEW LISTING!!! This beautiful property has so much to offer! With 4,000 square feet of living space and 2,200 sq feet in deck space, our luxury home is sure to meet all of your vacation expectations, and more! We are minutes from the downtown Pigeon Forge attractions with gorgeous views of the parkway at night. The spacious and opened raised deck floor plan, with surround sound outdoor speakers, is the perfect spot to enjoy a family gathering or an intimate night away. Every weekend night at 9:30, you can see the Dolly Wood fireworks from the deck! Coming up driveway, we have a stone mural, spotlighted at night. The cabin has an open and flowing floor plan that features cathedral ceilings and handsome tongue and groove accents. Every piece of decor was thoughtfully selected: all bedroom furniture, bathroom mirrors, and dining room table and chairs are handcrafted from old boat materials from Indonesia. All bedrooms upstairs have a large king sized bed and have their own full bathroom with custom lighting under each bed to suit your mood (blue for calming, red for passion, yellow for happiness, etc)! All 4 upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a large Smart TV and large windows to enjoy the surrounding nature views. The living room offers an open floor plan, showing the mountain view through the all glass windowed wall. A large TV sits on a marble wall with a built in fire stone pit. You can never have too many cooks in the kitchen with the open layout at our cabin! All the pots and pans to make dinner for a large family and extra pantry space in the conjoined room. Going outside the cabin and down the tiered deck is a separate entrance. This part of the cabin has two rooms. One you will find the game room which features: fooseball, shuffleboard, two arcade race car games, and a pinball machine, TV, fun lighting, and a full bathroom (Poker table, and bumper pool are located upstairs.). The other bedroom features two king beds and a full bathroom attached. There is a small fridge , microwave, and coffee pot. This is a perfect space for older kids that think 'family vacations aren't cool'. Outside of this part of the house offers additional covered outdoor space. On the second level of the tiered, you’ll find an 8 person hot tub under a pergola. This level offers more seating and a gas fire pit and with trees surrounding for privacy. Bedroom #1: Main level. Contains king bed and queen sized murphy bed. Full bath Bedroom #2: Main level. Contains king sized bed and full bath. Foyer Area in between bed rooms 1 and 2 has a queen sized murphy bed. Bedroom #3: Master bedroom. Contains king sized bed with full bathroom. Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Has a bidet. The large closet in this room has a twin sized bed that would be perfect for a child that doesn’t want to sleep in a different room. Bedroom #4: Contains a king size bed and a triple bunk bed. Full bath. Bedroom #5: Separate entrance than the rest of the house. Contains two king sized beds and a full bath. Living room on main level also contains a queen sized murphy bed.

Main residence very nice.
One of the bedrooms and the kids game room is not accessible from the main residence. It has its own entrance.
Very nice but, we didn’t feel comfortable leaving 8 & 5 year old alone. Nobody can hear them if they need something.

This property was everything and some.. Very clean and great view for the fireworks from Dollywood.. Very spacious and all the bedrooms had a full bath in each.. I will definitely stay here again.. Love it. ❤️

The house has a great kitchen area with a large unique dining table for meals. Each bedroom was a good size and had their own bathrooms. The game room was a hit with the children, and the decks were beautiful with a great view. The lower level with a bedroom and the game room, were not accessible from the main house, but by their own entrance on the lower level. Close to so many attractions in the area, a great time had by all of us.

The cabin was very spacious and clean more than enough beds for everyone. The only issue we had was 2 of the TVs wouldn't connect to the wifi but that really wasn't much of problem, other than that it was perfect!

Highlights- Clean, well-stocked, and plenty of room to spread out for multiple families with diverse interest and ages in kids. Enjoyed staying here and relaxing after a day of actives.
4th of July week- we love getting our 3 families together. This year we had a set of grandparents come with us. The issues for us has always been making sure all of us have an appropriate amount of beds and bathrooms.
This year adding the grandparents increase that challenge, while still trying to keep the price reasonable.
This home was perfect, each set of adults had their own bedroom and bath. The downstairs was great for the older kids they could stay up later and play in the arcade. Each room had a king size bed that was very comfortable. Additional beds allow for smaller kids to stay with parents. Our 7-year-old stayed with us in our room.
Our group chooses to cook or utilize the kitchen as much as possible over going out to eat. It’s just easier, than trying to gather all at a restaurant. This kitchen is one of the most well stocked, we as a group have seen. The only time we had to do dishes was when we filled up the dishwasher. We had a chef come in to cook for us and he was amazed at how well the kitchen was stocked as well. For anyone coming to this area, if you are looking for someone to cook while you relax- Chef Ray was wonderful, easy to work with and the food was fantastic fruitfulvintagechef.com
The multiple decks allowed everyone to either gather together or find a quiet spot to read. Each night we enjoyed the fireworks from the upper deck.
This is a wonderful home to spend time with family, and enjoy some downtime. The activities we enjoyed while in the area- finding a lake and taking a boat out, whitewater rafting, golf, and horseback riding through the mountain.
In short, we would go back to this home again.

Wonderful place to stay!
The property was great! The only problem we had was Vrbo did not give us the access code at 4 but as soon as I called, she gave me the code right away and explained everything to me! I will definitely use her cabins in the future! It was a wonderful trip and a wonderful place to stay! The game room was amazing and the hot tub was WONDERFUL after a full day of dollywood! Can't wait to go back!!

1. Ashtrays on deck left full of cigar and cigarette butts...none of us smoke so it was kind of gross.
2. The couch has a lot of food and garbage in between the cushions and in one section that attracted some ants as it was candy. We cleaned out that section. But the rest needs to be vacuumed thoroughly.
3. Not that we needed it but it would be cool to see it function the indoor fireplace didn't work.
4. Outdoor gas fire pit did not light right or work properly (Sent pic or video to owner)and appeared to be disassemble slightly. Without this at night on back deck bugs were killing us so we didn't sit outside.
5. the outdoor deck lighting on upper deck does not light along railing...the lower deck in back lights up fine.
6. The basement bedroom is not noted that you must go outside to use it. Very awkward and the ac unit in that room makes so much noise we could not leave it on at night.
7 The main TV wiring is all out of unit that the amplifier is mounted in.( not pro installed or someone too it apart)
TV does work but needs some wires reattached for full function.
We took pictures of all these items when we noticed them so we would not get blamed for them.

Gnan8 Family Thanksgiving 2020
Being my first review ever after traveling for 40+ years it is quite lengthy but I tried to answer all the questions I have had when I read reviews. We arrived at night and had no problems finding the property and the keyless entry was great.It was absolutely everything our family of 13 expected and more! First of all, I am very picky about my accommodations being clean and this home was spotless and had a welcoming ambience with the big family dining table and comfortable couches and beds. The karaoke on the big screen was a big hit with the entire family one evening. The location was at the top of a hill/mountain overlooking Pigeon Forge and all of its beautiful night lights. It was within a 5-10 minute drive to downtown Pigeon Forge and only 15-20 minutes away from Gatlinburg, the two cities in which we had made all of our reservations for the activities and shows we had planned. The only issue we had was with one of the bathrooms and we called the owner, Stacy, and she immediately apologized for the inconvenience and called a plumber to be out there first thing the next morning. We had plenty other showers to use so this was not a problem at all for us. She even texted me the next morning to make sure he showed up. It was a pleasure dealing with Stacy and our family did not want to leave at the end of our 5 nights. We drove north of the city and visited a breathtaking display of Christmas lights dancing to music. In Pigeon Forge we attended Dollywood, the Pirate Show, the Lumberjack Show, the Comedy Club, the Hatfield and McCoy Show, and the Alpine Coasters....all of which we strongly recommend. The Applewood Restaurant is a must for the best breakfast ever! In Gatlinburg we spent most of the day riding the chair lift to the top of the mountain, the mountain coaster, zip lining, walking the bridge and eating some delicious barbecue. We also went to Ober Gatlinburg and did snow tubing which along with the Pirate Show and the Alpine Coasters was my 8 grandkids favorite. I strongly recommend making all reservations well in advance because due to covid they are limiting capacity to most places and tickets sell out fast. We will definitely be booking this home again for our next trip to Pigeon Forge because we were very satisfied with the spacious accommodations for our family. Thanks again Stacy for making our Family Thanksgiving unforgettable and more fun than we ever dreamed we would have on our first visit to the area.
