Located in Breckenridge, this charming condo for $827 per night is a great option for your next break. Our charming condo has recently been remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops and flooring. It is fully stocked with all the necessities for a fabulous vacation getaway. Our two bedroom two bath condo also has a Murphy queen bed in the sun room, with barn doors to provide additional privacy. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests. As you arrive, our underground heated garage provides elevator access to your condo along with the use of luggage valet carts to transport your personal belongings. The condo features keyless entry to both the condo and your own private ski locker, which is located in the heated garage (no hassle in picking up keys at an offsite management office). Additional amenities offered by Cimarron Complex feature FREE WiFi, indoor hot tubs and sauna, enclosed hallways, and on-site private laundry facilities. Enjoy seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool complex featuring a heated pool, indoor outdoor hot tubs and changing rooms. Hosts were very timely in communication and provided great instructions. Property was just as listed. We felt very comfortable there. The condo was conveniently located across the free bus station to main lifts. We ski’d right down 4 o’clock run into town & the condo was a block away. The property amenities were nice with 2 hot tubs, access to the upper pool, heated garage and free firewood. Highly recommend this property & hope to visit in the future!

Arrived w partner and three adult children for a post Christmas ski vacation. Location of property (10’ walk to Quicksilver lift), amenities including jacuzzi, and stocked kitchen as well as thoughtful but not overbearing owners meant that we were happy and satisfied w our stay. Highly recommend!

We loved this condo, it felt like home, with a large gathering place, three cozy sleeping areas and a fully stocked kitchen. Our grandchildren enjoyed the games and puzzles provided. And I enjoyed having family close by to celebrate Thanksgiving with. There was plenty of room and we never seemed crowded. Will definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect. It was very clean and well stocked. Owner was very communicative. Was a 10 minute walk to the quicksilver lift and 10 minute walk from the bottom of Four O’clock run.

My wife and son (21y) stayed for a quick ski vacation during his Spring Break - the location really is great - walk across the street to the free bus - Gold route - straight to Snowflake or Beaver Run in less than 10 min - easy walk to town - this really is a great location - comfortable and well appointed. Would be happy to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was very convenient to lifts and the bus that took you to the base of the other peaks (right across the street!). The condo itself was clean and well-kept and had all of the essentials. We were very happy! Thank you!

The property was exactly as listed and was great for our group. The location made it easy to walk to and from the slopes every day or take a bus for those end of the trip ski days. We walked to dinner twice since it's so close to downtown as well. The entire process could not have gone smoother. Definitely consider this place for your Breck trip!

Our family of 4 loved our stay and we had more than enough space in this condo. Check in was a breeze using a code to enter the heated garage and we were able to unload skis into the locker right next to our parking spot. In the morning you could grab skis and boots warm and dry right there in the garage, buckle up and walk to the quicksilver lift in 10 minutes or less. In past trips we would pay to park in the F-lot, this was just as close and a whole lot more convenient than driving. The hot tubs in the building were convenient, and the kids loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool which was just a short walk across the complex. We happily watched them swim from one of the outdoor hot tubs. Having a fire in the wood burning fire place was a nice way to end the days and there was all the firewood you could need in a dedicated storage room inside the garage.

We stayed at this VRBO for Superbowl Weekend 2023. While staying at this location, my family skied at Breckenridge and at Vail. This location is close to both mountains. The unit was very nice, spacious, and well-kept. The town was only a 5-minute walk away. The owners of the property were easy to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The building had nice hot tubs and an underground garage with ski storage. Overall, my family had a great time visiting Breckenridge.

This is a great rental in Breck. Very spacious and comfortable. Right across the street from the F-Lot bus stop and only two stops to the snowflake lift. The underground parking and elevator also made it very convenient. The kitchen has all necessary items. The pantry has a significant amount of non perishable items so you might want to check it before heading to the store. A real wood burning fireplace with fire starter sticks and supplied wood is much better in my opinion than a gas fireplace. There was a mix up with the cleaning crew that the owner handled in a very timely and professional manner. All in all a great rental option.

Stayed for a long weekend and had a great time! 5-10 minute walks to quicksilver and snowflake lifts. Well stocked condo, nice kitchen, and a Murphy bed with barn doors for privacy made the stay easy with my family. Hot tubs right down stairs and a heated garage for parking. Owners were very responsive. Recommended!

We enjoyed the location of the condo, we were able to walk to the village and town for meals. Bus stop to Gondala is across the street. We skied 4 O’clock run down to the Main Street and walked about 600 feet to the condo. It was nice that the owner had snacks for us when we arrived. I would recommend this condo, we had 7 but sleeps 8 people very comfortably.

Great location
We stayed here with my 3 teenaged boys to ski over spring break. Location was wonderful. Walked everywhere. Took shuttle in morning to ski and that is right across the street. It was nice having garage parking as well. Condo is spacious and clean. Only complaint was that there was no hand soap but I bought a couple at the store and left them there.

Great located cozy ski condo
Great location with less than 5 minute walk to quicksilver chair and snowflake lift, and less than 2 minutes to Main Street. Condo was as advertised, well equipped and roomier than pictures showed. Heated garage and in building hot tubs and sauna made our stay even more enjoyable. Lori and Dave were responsive and easy to work with as hosts. Condo was perfect for week long ski trip for our family of 6 adults. Highly recommend and will stay again if we return to Breck

Clean and great location
The condo was updated and the location was fantastic. Close to Main street, the gondola and chair lifts. The underground parking was nice and convenient, had a large SUV and was no problem driving and parking. Will look to see if it's available next time we travel to Breck!

The beds were comfortable and we truly felt like we were in a home away from home. The owners did an excellent job at communicating with me. I had a few questions at various times leading up to our stay and they were always professional, courteous, and prompt with a response.
My only constructive criticism and this is out of the property owner’s control was the unit directly above us was extremely loud (think MMA in ski boots). With a 2 yr old it was an issue at 2:45 am, so worth mentioning for those with small children.
Overall, we were very pleased and would book this location again! You have a lovely property.

Beautiful Mountain Condo
This condo was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you need to cook a meal- pots, pans, etc… There were plenty of warm blankets. We had a wonderful ski trip with our family.

Condo was central to everything in the town of Breckenridge and we walked everywhere we went throughout our stay. This was a ski vacation for us with two kids ages 7 & 11. In theory, you could walk to the Snowflake lift (uphill walk) or the Quicksilver chair (downhill walk), but I recommend taking the shuttle (stop is across the street from the condo) to the Snowflake lift and I would make this recommendation whether or not you have kids. The shuttle system is very convenient and you can get easily get you anywhere you need to go with or with out ski/snowboard gear. You can ski out via Lowest 4 O'clock and from there it is approximately a 2 block walk back to the condo. The condo was well stocked and met our expectations.
