Good communication from hosts , comfy bed , loads of coffee and tea , lovely shower, toothbrush and paste, mouthwash and shaving gel supplied if needed .
The other noisy residents that were staying , being in basement one group woke us at 12:30 with not a care in the world chatting away outside . Noisy fan kept coming on and off every so often which was annoying at night . Location is quite a way out of downtown Boston unless you manage to get the hourly train or being a Sunday every two hours
