This pristine property boasts a beautiful curb appeal with circle drive, an enclosed entryway courtyard, split floor plan, viewing deck, two master bedrooms, tons of amenities such as a vintage video game, 3-car side entry garage and so much more. The kitchen features an oversized island for cooking all your meals at home, breakfast bars and state of the art stainless appliances. The spacious great room includes a formal dining area, 18+ ft ceilings w/ gorgeous wood beams, an electric fireplace, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the perfect amount of natural light and views of the backyard oasis. The spacious (main) master suite features a separate backyard patio entrance, large walk-in closet, glass walk-in shower and his & her vanities. The second master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom, separate patio entrance, cozy window nook w/ shelves, and large walk-in closet. The backyard retreat offers extensive covered & uncovered patios, sparkling heated pool w/ water feature, spa, putting green, built-in BBQ, and fire pit with seating area. Driving out in an RV? Take advantage of the RV gate & parking. This quiet & scenic community offers convenient access to local hiking trails like Tom's Thumb, or experience the one-of-a-kind Musical Instrument Museum. House Rules **** WE DO NOT HOST LOCAL GUESTS **** * Landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days. * For safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front of the house. * Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each * Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard * Pets may be considered for $200/each (non-refundable) 2 pet maximum. * Additional Fee for use of Pool or SPA Heating Services- $125.00 + tax daily (must schedule pool heat 3 days in advance of check in) * If you're reservation takes place during the dates of June 1st - September 15th, you will have access to the home tablet to control the outdoor misters. * Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there are two ring cameras located at this property. One is above the front door, and one is above the garage. *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Had a great time staying in this rental. The biggest positives were the amenities outside and the nice single floor layout because we had really young kids with us. The property management team was really easy to work with as well. Its a little pricey to heat the spa, but it is what it is. Great overall.

House was in great location. Nice house with good amenities however getting a little long in the tooth and needs a refresh.
Must be clear that house is managed by a rental company not the home owner. Charges for everything - pool hearing $1000 for a week, air mattress, early check in etc. we have stayed in Scottsdale 4 times previously and dealt directly with home owner and never had these “extra charges”.
Communication was excellent and responsive but would likely explore other options due to the nickel and dime approach.

House was amazing, super clean and as described. Check in and check out as easy as can be. The neighborhood next to the house has about a 3 mile trail around it which our entire group loved for running and walking. Super quiet neighborhood and close to anything you'd need. The kids loved the pool (albeit it chilly), ping pong table and pac man machine.
Some noted the house was dated but we found it to be great, it's not modern but you can tell that from the pictures. Our only complaint was that the hot tub wasn't hot or even warm for that matter, you needed to pay to heat the pool to get access to warm the hot tub. The pool was chilly which we found odd considering the months and weeks leading to our stay in the 100s and high 90s. Also we didn't have access to the misting system. Otherwise the stay was great and would stay again.

Property was just perfect for our needs. The home was set up with everything needed and was decorated really well. Pool and spa were clean and really needed!
Kids loved the dartboard outside, the ping pong table, and the pac man video game.
The couches were really comfortable and the kitchen was really big. Bathrooms and bedrooms all really well done.
Would go back for sure!

While hot in AZ the misters in the pool and backyard made being outside very tolerable. We have stayed at this property before and will stay again. Location is great near amenities yet private and secluded location. Another great experience

Great location with driving access to shops, restaurants, and bars in both Scottsdale and Cave Creek. We slept 6 adults very comfortably - owners’ suite is HUGE - and all bedrooms were comfortable. Great pool and backyard area. Wonderful support from property manager throughout our stay.

Property is mostly as listed. Outside area was great for keeping grandkids occupied. However furniture and bar required cleaning when got there. Inside was good but a little dated however our group of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed our stay.

Lots of amenities to keep everyone happy. In general a well maintained property but lacking in the details (starting to get a little rough around the edges. Beds and linens are as good as any 4 star hotel so a plus there but some detailed cleaning could improve the property - IE window, light fixtures pool deck and patio. Overall I would say we got good value for the dollar. I would consider booking again.

The house was fantastic. The pool needed to be heated, which is an additional charge, but it heated quickly and we were able to enjoy it everyday. Great location, a lot of space for 7 adults, and TVs everywhere, including outside. This is one of the best houses we’ve ever rented.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Layout of the home allowed 6 adults and 2 kids to spread out. It was easy to enjoy being outside, even during the high summer temperatures, with the pool, spa, misting system and covered seating areas. Kitchen had everything that was needed to make great meals. There is nothing I would change about this home. It was perfect.

Large house. Needs a better summary book of directions for use. Don’t request pool/spa to be heated because it really doesn’t need it given the heat system is confusing and the pool isn’t cleaned well.

The house is absolutely beautiful and clean…beds were super comfy. You are required to keep the vacuum in the pool…which causes a huge inconvenience. It’s big and bulky with a large hose. The air conditioner also had a lot of trouble keeping the house cool. Otherwise great property.

5 stars vacation
This house is BEAUTIFUL and SPACIOUS! Was more than we expected but exactly what you see in the pictures. We had 8 people in our group vacationing and everyone loved the house. We all had more than enough space inside and out. The rental is well stocked with everyday items you would need from kitchen stuff to the bathrooms, washer and dryer, and plenty of towels and blankets. We spent several days just hanging out by the pool and relaxing, which was very enjoyable for all of us. There are mister located around the patio that you can turn on which help keep you cool all day long and able to hang outside in the heat and at night the pool has lights that makes it beutiful to sit and hangout as well. There is a roof top area to watch the beautiful sunsets. When we ventured outside the rental, everything was with in 5 to 30 mins drive. We hiked 3 different hiking trails, went shopping at local shops, the mall and other chain store around the area, grocery stores were right down the road and horseback riding within walking distance. The neighborhood was beautiful and quite. When I had questions or concerns the management company was very prompt in responding. We are 2 families and vacation every year together for the last 14 years and this is one we talked about definitely coming back to. One of best vacation rental we have rent yet. Highly recommend.

Awesome 🏠 home! Great quiet neighborhood
We absolutely loved this house. The location what is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still very close to the grocery stores and fun entertainment. The beds were Supportive, and comfortable. The great room was wonderful for family gathering. The house was well acquainted with all kitchen supplies . The horses around the property or an easy walk for an early mormorning ride.

Beautiful home and great location in Scottsdale. Management company was terrific - very friendly and great to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet hideaway that has great hiking nearby and also all the trimmings that Scottsdale has to offer.

Beautiful property!! We loved the pool and back yard. The pool had problems with the heat pump… so we missed several days of using it. The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed for cooking and appreciated the newer appliances.

Its always nice when the listing matches your experience. We spent the week working and relaxing. Plenty of room to spread out, enjoy the pool and spa plus outside grill. Great work space and access to golf. Quiet place, clean and it great working order.

Backyard pool area was beautiful and fun. Neighborhood is quiet with little traffic. Upon arrival, maintenance guys were there to explain pool usage and basic house info. The management company ensured they would address any questions or problems by providing us with phone/email contacts. We did not have to contact anyone during our stay but I believe they would’ve been there if we needed anything. We wouldn’t change a thing about our 4 nights in this lovely home!

All in all a lovely stay, this property has a great combination of having lots to do, but also commands relaxation. I disagree with a previous review saying the beds were terrible - they were great! And we tend to be 'picky bed people' when travelling, they weren't rock hard but not a suffocating soft bed either. The kitchen and outdoor grill were great. I only had a couple things to point out that may help others as well as property management. One is that the property is managed by a third party group, not the usual VBRO owner experience we're used to. This really only became an issue when we were all relaxing outside eating lunch and suddenly a group of landscapers showed up with loud gas powered weed whackers out of the blue. If it had been owner run we would have had a heads-up, but not so in this case. I understand with a full schedule landscaping, pool cleaning (that guy came the day after) etc has to be done some time, but it would be nice to know. My wife said what if she had been sunbathing out back and not very clothed thinking there was privacy and suddenly a group of men showed up...not good. The bathroom off the bedroom on the north end (King bed but not the master) doesn't drain in the tub well so water builds up when you take a shower. That needs to be looked at, and judging by the faint line on the shower curtain I think it's been going on for some time.And I can't remember if it states in the ad, but the pool and spa can't be heated at the same time. It takes a lot of heat and energy which I totally understand, but if someone isn't familiar with pools there should be a note regarding that. You just have to plan out well in advance your plans to either use the hot tub or pool. The hot tub heats up pretty fast (70 to 100 in 1-2 hours) but the pool takes forever. If you forget to switch it back to pool heating before going to bed after being in the spa, it will be ice cold in the morning and may never get warm until the next night. Just an FYI!Again, great place and I'm sure we'll be back in the future!

This is a great property and we all enjoyed both the home and the outdoor spaces tremendously. So many different areas to relax and catch up. The pool and hot tub were the highlight. Accommodations are 5 star.

We really loved this property. It's super quiet --- all of the lots in the area are pretty large so you feel like you have a lot of privacy in the backyard. The master is huge. All of the rooms are good sized. The kitchen was really very well stocked with an abundance of cookware and cooking utensils. Even had a Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Now let's talk about the backyard. I have to say the pictures do not do it justice. It's really nice, large and relaxing. There is a ton of furniture and places to sit. The pool and jacuzzi heated nice and quickly (you have to pay extra to heat the pool/jacuzzi but it's worth it during the cooler months). All in all, we highly recommend this place and look forward to going back someday.
