Number one, the host was over the top accommodative to our needs! when issues arouse and we needed a bit earlier accommodations the host provided for us! We are very thankful for his assistance in a very stressful situation of having to take a red eye bus to Madrid do to the cancelation of our train tickets. The location of the apartment could not be better especially if you need to take an early train since the station is across the street. Also it is an easy walk to the main attractions and if walking is not your thing there are plenty of public transport options right outside your apartment. As a side note the restaurant next door to the left under the location is outstanding and very friendly! We eat there often during our stay.
You do have a bit of noise in the evening due to the restaurants below which does stop once they close and the water heater is a bit noisy only if you use the sofa bed however the main bedroom is quiet. One suggestion would make it a bit more accommodative for more then one person would be to remove the one large plant in the kitchen and replace the large barrel table with a smaller kitchen table.
