Unmatched location and space, save $$. Located in Kutzky Park, walking distance to all of downtown Rochester, 3 blocks from St. Marys Hospital and less than 1 mile to the Gonda Building. Kutzky Park/playground is behind the home! Must climb STAIRS/UPSTAIRS Apartment! Beautiful hardwood floors, 2 bedroom, full bath, Kitchen, laundry, Fast WiFi, Smart Tv (guests must use own accounts—no cable Tv) Garage Parking! **THE HOUSE IS A DUPLEX. **The apartment is the UPSTAIRS space. Must climb stairs. **St. Augustine Kutzky Park is the UPSTAIRS apartment. *In effort to keep costs down we do not throw out items based on a stain. We use our best discretion and strive to give you a clean and cozy home at affordable rates. *We provide soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc to get you started, you may need to purchase more depending on specific needs and the length of your stay. The home worked really well for our stay at Mayo Clinic. Denise was a very good communicator and great to work with. We had to stay a few extra days at the clinic and Denise was able to accommodate our added needs which we really appreciated.

This property is in a great location. The Mayo Clinic campuses are minutes away as are the grocery and restaurants. The unit is clean, comfortable and has everything needed (including washer/dryer). The booking process was seamless and the renter was very responsive. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a sporting event, and it was great. Quiet, comfortable and everything needed in the kitchen to make good healthy meals for my son and I. I was even dumb enough to lock myself out and Denise was available immediately to help and get me back into the apartment. Thank you!

Beautiful secure updated flat in a great neighborhood location. Well appointed with items needed for an extended stay. Access to the garage was a bonus as it snowed while we were there. Comfortable bedding provided much needed good sleep. Warm sunny and spacious living room and kitchen made for relaxing downtime. .
Would definitely rebook if ever back in the area.

The apartment was just as advertised, charming, very clean, and a short walk to St. Mary's Hospital. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a park and walking paths directly behind it. If we need to visit Mayo again, we would definitely rent this apartment.

We stayed here for 5 1/2 weeks so I could undergo radiation at Mayo. Great location for daily trips to the clinic, nice neighborhood with quick and easy access to the great trail system Rochester has to offer for my daily walks and my husband’s bike rides. Apartment was clean and we liked sitting out on the balcony. The stairs going up to the apartment were a little challenging, especially if you were carrying things. Overall it fit our needs fine.

The apartment is just under a mile from the clinic in a lovely, quiet, residential neighborhood.
It is bright, clean, spacious, big enough to comfortably accomodate 4 adults. The use of a garage & attached deck are additional perks.

We have been very happy living in this nice, comfortable and well located house. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it is fantastic that there is so much garden and so many bunnies and squirrels around! It is very close to St Marys and the intercampus shuttle by walking. which has been perfect for us as we have been doing some surgical training at that incredible hospital. The only thing missing in the house is a table and some chairs on the terrace and new fryingpans! we’ll come back!

This unit had absolutely everything we needed for a comfy stay. The location was perfect, near the trails and Mayo's St Mary's hospital. The owner was responsive without being intrusive. Our only suggestion would be to be more clear and consistent in terms of which driveway parking spot is for each renter... we got blocked in the garage a time or two which was a challenge with getting out for some scheduled appointments

We loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to Mayo and Kutsky park.
The flat was clean and comfortable.
Communication with the host was uncomplicated and she was extremely accommodating.

I stayed here with my wife for a couple days while recovering from a procedure at the nearby Mayo Clinic. It was a great place to stay, the host was extremely accommodating, I highly recommend this place.

Super cute upstairs environment. Love the location, access to laundry, and a garage was a huge benefit during a recent snow storm. The property manager was super responsive and helpful!

The apartment scored on the three Cs: clean, comfortable, and convenient. Everything including the bathroom and kitchen were pretty much spotless on our arrival. The appliances are new and the furniture is in good shape. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Best of all, the location was very convenient for our trips back and forth to Mayo. Also, there are plenty of restaurants close by. Thank you again for the great place to stay.

Peaceful place to stay
We stayed here for two weeks while my husband had surgery at Mayo, and it was a great choice. The apartment was sparkling clean, sunny, small but well laid out, with an updated kitchen and bathroom. The location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Mayo, grocery stores, Walgreen's, and coffee shops, with a park and lovely nature trail just out the back door. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable, peaceful place to come home to during a stressful time.

Most times a visit to Mayo Clinic is stressful and not having a nice place to stay just adds to the stress. MOT the case for us. This was a wonderful stay for us. Relaxing and homelike. So much nicer then a hotel. Great communication with the property owner. We will definitely book again if we need to make this trip in the future.

I have stayed at several rental homes over the years, and this is the best one yet. The neighborhood is nice and walkable. Easy walk to St. Mary’s hospital. The apartment has everything you would need, including some thoughtful touches like a kids basket and snacks. The bed and couch were comfortable. The laundry room in the basement was clean and bright. I could not hear the other tenant from the upper level. Great communication with the host. We plan to stay here again for future visits. Excellent!
