The staff were lovely & friendly from the moment we arrived. The Superior Queen Room with Balcony was magnificent and a fabulous introduction to Adelaide. The bed was super comfy and I don't think I've slept so well in years. The tram stop is pretty much right outside and you can get to the other side of the CBD for free! Great hotel, good price, and I would definitely stay here again. Also thanks to Booking dot com for giving me two room upgrades for free, and even providing a free taxi from the airport. I almost felt like I was making money!
The only thing missing was an on-premises washing machine / dryer. I stayed here one week but could easily have stayed the entire 3 months if there were washing facilities. Otherwise, a fantastic hotel.

The location was good, and the staff was really helpful. They helped me book a taxi to the airport.
It wasn’t good value for money. They didn’t even provide complimentary bottled water, which I would expect at this level of accommodation. It’s nothing but it make the difference :)
