It was wonderful, the location couldn’t have been better.

The location, in Rufaza, was superb, eating and drinking with the locals. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base to explore Valencia. Just steps away from the city’s main attractions, great restaurants, and public transport.

The only minor downside was that the apartment could get a bit noisy at night due to its central location, and the Wi-Fi signal wasn’t always the strongest.

Great city centre stay that would have been perfect with just a little more attention to maintenance

The location was perfect for us, the layout of the apartment was great, the kitchen had all the appliances you need and the apartment was decorated in a modern style .

The bed side shelf was hanging off the wall, the chairs for the dining table had screws either missing or very loose making them very unsafe to sit on and the rocking chair was also in a bad condition as the screws were also very loose in it . The front door could only be opened from the inside with the key, the handle did not work which could be a safety issue if you had to get out of the apartment in a hurry.

Spacious apartment with a good location

The location was excellent. Easy access to the old part of the city. The apartment was very spacious and quiet.

The apartment feels a bit tired and worn. All the dining room chairs were wobbly because screws were missing. The holder for the shower head was broken in the second bathroom. Only two wine glasses. Only one trash bag for a seven day stay. The washed linens from the previous visitors were drying outside on the back balcony for the entire week we were there.

Dynamic Valencia

Large apartment, good facilities like kitchen, 2 bathrooms. Livingroom, airco. 5 minitus to centre. Lovely quiet area with lovely restaurants at 5 minutes.

Balcony front directly on crowded road. One bedroom very warm, without window.
