Outdoor Living



The outdoor space is the star of the show. Spend your days around the oversized private pool or stretch out in the hammock overlooking the canal. There’s plenty of poolside seating for the whole group, along with a covered lounge area when you’re ready for some shade.



For something a little different, the home also features a private outdoor soaking tub surrounded by tropical landscaping, plus an outdoor shower — a perfect Keys way to rinse off and unwind after a day on the water.



The deep pool stays refreshingly cool during the summer. Pool heat is available during the winter for an additional $400 per month.



Bring the Boat



Boaters will love the waterfront setup. The property offers more than 200 feet of concrete dockage with quick access to Pine Channel and approximately a 4-foot draft, making it suitable for larger boats. A nearby marina makes it easy to fuel up before heading out for a day of fishing, diving or exploring the waters surrounding the Lower Keys.

Completely remodeled from top to bottom, the home is bright, comfortable and designed with groups in mind. The spacious living room offers plenty of seating for everyone, while multiple dining areas make it easy to gather for meals or spread out during a longer stay.



The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous counter space and a large island, giving you everything you need for cooking at home — whether you're making breakfast before heading out on the boat or preparing the day's catch for dinner.



With five bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's plenty of room for families and groups to settle in and make themselves at home for a month or longer.



Big Pine Key



The home's location puts you close to Big Pine's newest waterfront park, restaurants, shopping, groceries and a nearby marina while giving you your own waterfront retreat to come home to. Key West is within easy reach for a day or evening out, while Big Pine offers the quieter, laid-back atmosphere the Lower Keys are known for.



Good to Know



This property requires a 28-day minimum stay in accordance with Monroe County regulations.



The home accommodates a maximum of 10 overnight guests and all guests must be registered with the property manager. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.



Up to two dogs are permitted with manager approval and a $250 nonrefundable fee per pet. No smoking.



Utilities are included up to $400 for electricity and $300 for water. Usage above that will be charged to the guest. Applicable county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform.
