Dog-friendly 2-bedroom condo with open living room / full kitchen / and dining area. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony overlooking Sussex Street. The condo is located steps from Rehoboth Avenue. It is 5 blocks to the ocean and boardwalk. Park your car in a dedicated parking spot for this unit under the building. Plus a Rehoboth Parking Permit is provided for a second car. Walk to coffee shops, breakfast, great restaurants and shops. Located near Cultured Pearl for sushi, Rise for coffee, Dog Fish Head Restaurant, and all the other great options Rehoboth offers. King bed and queen bed. There is a pull-out queen sofa bed for extra guests. Condo sleeps six using the pull-out sofa bed. Sheets and bath towels provided. Kids will love the boardwalk that runs 1 mile along the ocean with the magical FunLand with rides and games for all ages. 3 beach chairs provided and 1 umbrella. The condo is on the third floor with stairs only.

Check in a little late in the day and check out would be nice at 11.
Might want to mention to someone who can’t go up and down all the steps that there is not an elevator in the building.
