Not pleasant

Filthy and we had to leave to find another room which I was told I was going to be refunded and I still have not gotten.

We had a great family vacation.

The location was incredible and the condo was a great size for our family. Everything was clean and I love that there were cooking and cleaning supplies.

The condo itself could use some updates, like paint and minor fixes. The cleaning fee was also very high, especially since we try to leave things clean anyway. Speaking of, having a vacuum in the room would be wonderful.

PURE FILTH

The absolute most filthy, disgusting place. I would not stay in that place again if it were free!! I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with, "Customer Care" and then the next 2 hours sending her pictures of what was pure filth and things that did not work. There was tape holding the broken door latch together. We were offered nothing except an apology and a man that showed up with a plunger and the wrong light bulbs. It was HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT waste your money or your time. They will do nothing to rectify the issues!!

SEE ABOVE!!! Booking.com WILL NOT allow me to show that their description of the room was absolutely incorrect and very misleading!

Everything was good with the room we were very content.

Man at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional. Did not let us get our room for an hour. Only to realize he was wrong whilst on the phone with customer service and hung up on them.

This stay was one disappointment after another.

Proximity to the ocean is literally the only thing this property has going for it.

This property, room #309 in particular was terribly filthy, never maintained or updated and wreaked of mold. The company nickel and dimes you for everything from laundry facilities to toilet paper. When we arrived the carafe was broken on the coffee maker and they wanted us to spend our vacation time looking for and purchasing a new one that they were “certain they could get us reimbursed for.” The entire stay was one disappointment after another.

the location was perfect for the Mardi Gras events,stores and restaurants

There wasn’t an ice machine on property. We were mislead by the cover photo on Booking.com we thought we were booking a house.

Cute condo

The condo was adorable with beautiful beach views off the LG balcony. Our family of 5 fit perfectly.

My only complaints are that the staff at the front desk were extremely rude and acted like us checking in was an Inconvenience for them. Also in the description it said free parking, but the day of our trip we recived our itinerary and it said parking is $40. It would have been nice to know that and not have it sprung on us. Maybe put that info in the description so people are aware, not after the fact. Oh and the pool was nicely heated but the hot tub was not turned on. I was really looking forward to hot tubbing on my stay.

Soooooo close to the beach

Love that it's soooooo close to the beach. Bathroom breaks was my main concern but the location was literally less than a minute walk so I had no worries. The property was a cute lil nook that can fit a family of 5. Thank you for the accommodation & excellent communication.

I would definitely consider staying here again.

The place was spotless and very comfortable. We had a view of Galveston Bay and were able to walk across the Seawall Blvd and we were on the beach. And we were close to restaurants and Kroger grocery store. I loved the patio! We contacted maintenance concerning an issue with the loose doorknob and the faulty TV remote and he arrived quickly and cheerfully fixed both problems. The place was stocked with dishes and pots and pans in the compact and handy kitchen.

Overall good, but we had a major issue with the key. Upon arrival, the doorknob was loose. I had trouble removing the key from the keyhole; luckily my husband was able to get it out. But later on, we found that we couldn't get the key to open the lock at all. That was on the last evening of our stay and we had to take turns leaving the room so that we wouldn't chance getting locked out. The key issue definitely needs to be addressed. Of lesser importance, the TV remote was not working up arrival and the channel selection was very limited on that bedroom TV. And the bathtub is peeling.

Superb

It has everything you need for a family stay. Kitchen with a toaster, oven, microwave and fridge. Helps save money on eating out!

I wish there was at least a dustpan and broom or vacuum in the room. With kids food crumbs are going to happen. And at least a clock on the wall somewhere in the room. Only functional time was on the microwave. Overall, great location to the beach and room was nice and the cost was very reasonable!!
