Location

Spiders, non working TV , host was worthless, promised help never came. Refused early check-in. But Maid walked right in without notice at 10:00 when we getting ready to check out. No recommend from me.

Excellent and will book this again.

Great location for us. Hosts made everything easy from beginning to end of booking. Extremely clean. It was so nice to be in a townhome with all the comforts of a high star hotel.

Location was clean, comfortable and contained everything needed for our visit to the area.

House was very clean and set up well for our visit. Check in information was provided and overall process was seamless, good communication. Kitchen contained all of the needed items and other amenities like laundry and ironing board (could upgrade to full size) were very much appreciated. Located close to airport, downtown and major highways so situated well. Would stay at this location again in the future.

It was a nice place, cute and clean, As far as looks go, you got a 5 star. However, I give it a 3 star, because there were no wash clothes, no paper towels, no napkins of any kind. I could even find a towel in the kitchen to dry my hands off. The upstairs was an oven, and the downstairs was cold. I dont understand why there was no air-conditioning upstairs. It made it difficult to sleep, I had to go buy a wash clothes and a fan, just to be comfortable. For how much it cost, it was great. Also, the T.V. only works if you have an Apple iPhone. So we could watch T.V. So unless you fix those things, we won't be back. And I wouldn't give it a 5 star until then. Lynda Finance.

Would not reserve with them again as they were simply unreliable.

Nothing as the property was not clean and we were unable to stay.

The code for the keypad did not work but the host opened the door remotely. Upon entry the unit was not cleaned. McDonalds French fries and trash scattered about, sofa bed pulled out with used linens. The host remotely opened the door to the unit next door only to find used towels on the bathroom floors and the beds slept in and unmade. Their third property was already rented so we had to leave and find a last minute hotel room on a busy weekend with many graduations and sports tournaments in town. We went to 6 hotels and called 12 before finding a place that had rooms. Quite a disappointing experience with no reparations at all offered by the host other than a last-minute refund.

location was great, property was nice, bed was comfy and place was clean.

no garbage bags or paper towels in the kitchen. This is one thing I hate about doing Air b&b vs hotel. they don’t want to provide you with necessities for a few nights…but there is coffee, salt & pepper, and seasonings. 🤷🏽‍♀️ everything else was great. Had to cut our stay short a full day due to emergency at home…so that kinda sucked!

Will never stay with this property management company again.

Clean and safe.

Impatient property manager, broken links in emails to docs they insisted I had to sign. Didn't send door code "at least 24 hours before your arrival". Instead I had to call yet again. Location not central.

Very nice place for the price. Very good communication on how to get to the place and get in.

The place was well worth the price and very nice. I didn't like how they hold a cleaning deposit is all.

It was nice and homey and comfortable place.

Yes it is brand new and I understand for a security deposit but the owners or management need to inspect the townhouse cause there was damage and marks on the walls and cracks in the flooring. I hope I get my deposit back.

Perfect location, nice space and privacy.

The location was perfect, the amenities and privacy were really nice too.

I had trouble booking through booking.com and had to call direct to get my card accepted. I also had to call for my check-in info (to get the code for the door lock), which was texted to me. My check-out information was emailed, and I would have had a better chance at catching had it been texted to me. You might also consider including that information in your welcome folder. Also, the towels were clean and folded, but not fully dry. And I was there for 6 days, and left with a couple half rolls of tp, and no backup.

I really can't think of anything. This was a beautiful home, very comfortable, and there were very many thoughtful perks that made it very enjoyable.

Could have been cleaned a little better. Bathrooms were not swept. Dust is building up on surfaces.

All in all, the seat was pleasant.

It was a nice condo with parking. Nicely decorated; very clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was nicely stocked, but we didn’t have the chance to use it:. Owners were very responsive to my questions via phone.

Would be nuIce to have some of clock in the bedrooms- we were looking for ice but there were only a few cubes in the trays and we could hardly get them out%. We were given the wrong condo address on our paperwork and the guests were just leaving and saw us trying to get their door open. Rather awkward. I also had to call in and request that the arrival information be sent as it was late in the afternoon%. You stay on a Monday and you get to hear the kamikaze garbage person at 5:15. Lol
