What's nearby: With Jensen's Finest Foods, Albertsons, and Ralphs super close by, you'll never have to worry about running out of fresh produce, spirits, or snacks during your stay. Of course, sometimes you just don't feel like cooking, so be sure to check out some of the area's local restaurants like John's Restaurant, JC’s Cafe, and il Corso. You'll be a short walk from luxury dining district on El Paseo. Find a good hiking trail at City of Palm Desert Cahuilla Hills Park, just two miles west. Communication was poor from the start, but when I arrived at the property I couldn’t get inside. Lockbox would not open after multiple attempts. I called number provided for help three times but no answer. Ended up renting a room at nearby hotel. I demand a refund.

The cleanliness of the apartment was great. Due to mistakes with their emails we were told to go to the office first even after a zoom meeting and we weren’t the only ones. Update your emails! Due to office hold up we didn’t get to the apartment until after dark. None of the parking spaces numbers were lit so we could see them. Oh and let’s not forget the tub/shower faucet flying off due to a broken bolt. To over 70 year olds bailing for over an hour. 2x calls to the help line before someone came to turn the water off. There is no where here to send the video of that night.

Condo was comfortable and in a quiet nice location close to Paseo area. Somehow during the booking process I failed to fully pay attention to all the added costs - my fault. No way was this place worth the price I had to pay. So many added costs. I would never have booked it had I been paying closer attention to all the additional costs. Place in need of updating especially kitchen and bathrooms. Broken drawer in kitchen. Despite unreasonable price, we did have a nice stay.

Great location!!! Very Clean. Adequately supplied. Consensus of all of us who stayed, "enjoyed it". Only suggestions: Improve the shower handle in guest bathroom and change out the box spring on the guest bed, extremely noisy, sounds broken, awakened every time I moved in my sleep. Mattress itself was very comfortable.

The '46 cocktail kept us cool in the warm sunshine. Ice was unlimited and close by. The lawns and gardens are beautifully maintained. Great value. Three blocks from El Pasao restaurants and shopping. We will return.

My girlfriend and I booked this place to spend a couple of nights with her sister and brother-in-law who were visiting from New York and had never been to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. The condo is located in a gated community and is on the second floor with a great wraparound balcony. It is walking distance to the El Paseo shopping area and a mike away from the Living Desert Zoo. It was very clean and well equipped. Very close to the pool. It was the perfect place for our desert getaway and we will be back!

My girlfriend and I booked this place to spend a couple of nights with her sister and brother-in-law who were visiting from New York and had never been to the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. The condo is located in a gated community and is on the second floor with a great wraparound balcony. It is walking distance to the El Paseo shopping area and a mike away from the Living Desert Zoo. We loved the condo and the Shadow Mountain club. However, the grounds were mowed and blown very early 4 days a week - which seemed excessive to us. Otherwise, it was lovely.
