Location of our room was nice. The property is large.
The adult pool had kids in it and management said because it was a holiday weekend that they allowed it. The spa did not do pedicures on the weekend.

* Friendly and helpful service, including the front desk and housekeeping staff.
* The rooms were clean and comfortable.
I was highly disappointed to discover unexpected fees and taxes after checkout. The final cost ended up being about $300 more than the price shown on Booking.com.
I think it would be much more transparent and helpful for guests if all additional charges were clearly disclosed before arrival. There were additional fees for parking, as well as resort and tourism fees, which were not clearly reflected in the price I saw when making the reservation.

Staff was professional and very courteous. Pools were okay. The pool/spa area for adults was very nice.
Could not order in room dining for some reason.They gave us a link but it did not work.NO one ever answered the phone to order food in the room. Room did not have trash bags or ice bucket when we arrived. Small things but for the price I was expecting better accomodations.The waterpark/family pool area and adult pool area are in completely different locations on the property and the walk in 108 degree heat is not fun.Glad we were staying in the middle of the two. Maybe we just came when the weather was too hot out there. Hyatt Indian Wells was much more convenient with pools/waterpark/hotel access all same area. you can leave the airconditioned hotel building and go directly into the waterpark/all pool areas. We tried it here but will not be returning here.
