The property is beautiful. The rooms were good size and nice. Beds were comfortable. Staff was great.
There was a lot of trash left sitting around the pool area, should be picked up quicker. Some of the walkways had spilled coffee or beverages that had dried, those need to be cleaned up on a daily basis. The indoor/outdoor carpeting in building 5 corridors was pretty dirty looking. The bathroom adjacent to the game room needed to be cleaned up.

Most of the games at the arcade did not work and not all the lanes at the bowling alley worked

The pool service, the supervisors were &, the manager was very attentive at check in & check out
I had paid extra for a pool view , & got a golf course view & was told I was “ UPGRADED “ .
That and a roach in our room .
