About this condo rental
Nestled in Crescent Beach, this attractive condo for $499 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. ** Attn Snow Bird Renters.....sadly, this will be the last year our Snowbirds are staying with us. They have been with us for many years and have decided next year they are going to another state. So for the 1st time in many years, we will have January and February open and will accept inquiries for long term (30 or 60 days) for that time period. Obviously if there was interest in adding in December to a "snowbird" package we could make something work. NO admin fee, NO owner's fees. Just a great rental rate & a cleaning fee. Look at every other property, you won't find one that is even close to the quality ours has. The best condo in Crescent Shores & one of the best in all of North Myrtle. 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths condo (Sleeps 10); 1800+ sq ft, located in the North Tower at Crescent Shores. Our condo is on the 17th floor offering 25 mile views up and down the Grand Strand. If all you want is a place to sleep, this condo isn't for you. If you appreciate attention to detail, cleanliness and a beach condo that has been taken care of by the owner and its many return guests as if it were their own, then you've found your beach retreat. These pictures were taken in 2020. What you see IS what you get. A direct ocean front condo that has been completely renovated in every way. This is not an investment for us, it is our vacation home. So when we're not there to enjoy it, we hope you will. We purchased this condo from the original owner. We take pride that more than 70% of our vacationers are return guests. Many of them have been coming for over 10yrs. Please take a moment to read the 'Traveler Reviews' that our previous guests have left after they’ve vacationed with us. We have a 5 Star rating with over 100 reviews !! The ceramic tile floors are professionally scrubbed, cleaned and sealed every December and June to keep our condo "Fresh" for our incoming guests. LIVING ROOM: 55” Samsung LCD with PS3 BluRay player; Sound bar; Twin leather sofas; Plantation shutters; Sliding glass doors open to the 26’ oceanfront balcony. Enjoy your morning coffee/juice while watching the dolphins swim around. MASTER BEDROOM: King sized bed; 37” flat screen wall mounted TV with separate center speaker; BluRay player; Ceramic tile floors inlaid with hardwood. MASTER BATH: Custom luxurious spa shower with ceramic rain tiles and (8) total massage shower heads/sprays; jetted spa tub. You have to see it to believe it (see the pictures). BEDROOMS #2 & #3: (2) Queen beds in each room; (1) Bedroom has an En-suite bathroom; 37” flat screen wall mounted tv; Ceramic tile. KITCHEN: Granite counter tops; Upscale cabinets and custom back splash make for a chef's dream come true. Keurig and standard coffee pot provided. Ceramic tile through the entry hallway, kitchen and both guest bathrooms. The condo is equipped for sleeping 10 people comfortably in the (3) bedrooms. The Crescent Shores property offers the following: 200 ft. lazy river, 110 ft. outdoor pool, heated indoor pool and an exercise room on the premises. A covered parking deck is located on the main level as well as a private parking deck directly across Ocean Boulevard for added convenience. Our weekly rental rates include complete bed linen and bath towels. Please bring you own Beach Towels and Beach Blankets. We use only high quality bed linens and towels so that you can sleep comfortably and have fluffy, luxurious towels. We also offer guests the use of several beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella (free of charge). Sorry, but we are a NON-SMOKING condominium. This NON-SMOKING policy applies to the balcony areas as well as the heated/cooled living space. We do NOT allow PETS of any kind. No Exceptions! Violations may result in your reservation being terminated with additional cleaning fees applied. Motorcycles, trailers and RV campers are NOT ALLOWED on the Crescent Shores property. We offer weekly rentals; Saturday to Saturday ONLY unless long term. Check-in time anytime after 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Monthly rentals may be available if booked in advance. Please call for monthly rental rates. If you have to cancel inside of the cancellation period, I will do my best to rent the unit. If I am able to, I will gladly refund your deposit. We love our beach condo and visit often. We hope you decide to see for yourself how much different our condo is from every place you've ever stayed before. We take pride in keeping it a place we love to visit and do everything we can to make it a place you'll want to as well.

The condo is great! Super clean, nice view and we liked the neighborhood it was mostly quiet. There is a nice sized pantry for all your groceries. Steve the host was very responsive. There was plenty of storage to unpack your suitcases and just live for the week. We would stay there again!

We had a wonderful week at this amazing beach condo. It was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The spa shower in the master bath was fantastic and the beds were very comfortable. It was also nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. available to use. The owner is very easy to communicate with, friendly and so helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful place and hope to return.

Beach with Family
Steve was so easy to work with from start to finish.
Love that there are 2 queen beds in each back bedroom (everyone commented that all the beds were really comfy).
Condo clean and beautiful. Kitchen had Everything we needed to make occasional meals at home. And so many restaurants close by for when we headed out.
17th floor offers wonderful peaceful views. Perfect for morning coffee and evening while watching the ocean.
Another great perk of this info is the outside storage closet. So nice to drop chairs and beach toys in there, and they have toys and chairs u can borrow to decrease your packing list.
Can’t wait to come back.

I always read reviews before making decisions on most things. Sometimes they can be trusted and others not so much.
This condo is exactly as pictured and described, very clean and fresh. We are allergy sufferers so cleanliness is a must.
The owner kept in contact with us on any needs or concerns we had before, during and after our trip. Highly recommend this owner.
This is our first time renting at the beach through VRBO. Have used VRBO at other locations.
There is one concern I would like to mention. If parking in a parking deck ascross the street from your condo is an issue this may not be the location for you. We had no problem ourselves. It does seem that others do as they park their cars overnight in the only two load and unload spaces provided. This was an issue for us in the early morning hours when we were packing to leave. My husband and I both have recently had surgeries that limited us in lifting and loading. There are not any options for parking to load when the only two spaces were taken by vehicles that refused to park in the deck ascross the street.
Long story short...I ended up tripping over concrete parking curb in the parking deck for owners. Hitting face first, coming home with major injuries to my face and head. I hope that people will think about their selfishness when they park in areas designated for 15 minute parking. There is a reason for the loading zone.
The owner has nothing to do with this situation. I have not informed him of this situation as its not his fault. Does not reflect on the condo in any way. I am very dissatified with the parking not being enforced. Not the owner or condo.
Other resorts we have stayed in strickly enforces no parking in designated area of loading. Not so much at this property. Witnessed cars parked in these spaces the whole week we were there.
Was a wonderful week at this beautiful condo with the exception of coming home with injuries due to parking not being enforced. Would recommend the condo but not the parking for loading. Also think parking curbs should be painted a bold bright color that stands out. Not blend in with the pavement and painted space. Since my injury I have heard of muliple people that have tripped and broken bones on concrete parking stops. Meanwhile I am still healing and wondering what else will surface from my fall.

The best unit in Myrtle Beach
It is hard to find upscale in Myrtle Beach . this place has been one of the best places I have stayed at at Myrtle Beach ,it looks exactly like the pictures it’s fantastic very clean , check in and out process very easy stress free Steve was very exceptional in all of his detailed information that he had on the unit I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Whoever did the decorating and design in here did a fantastic job it is beautiful.

Gorgeous Condo
I have rented several beach condos but none can compare to this one! It was well maintained, nicely decorated, extremely clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need! The owners were wonderful, very responsive to all of my questions. A hurricane hit during our visit. The owner checked in with us several times to make sure we were prepared and safe.
Crescent shores is located in a nice area, not overly crowded. The only drawback I can see was getting an elevator on checkout day. In hindsight, I would have packed as much as I could into my car the night before to avoid extra trips on the elevator.
My family and I had a wonderful week, even with the hurricane and COVID! Thank you Kenny!

Great stay!
Kenny is a wonderful host and the condo is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in and is very spacious and clean. Plenty of towels provided. View from17th floor balcony is amazing. Parking garage is very convenient. Love Crescent beach area and N Myrtle you have to visit the Twelve 33 Distillery and get their flight of cocktails as they are wonderful! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Myrtle.
