About this house rental
Located in Marco Island, this lovely house for $530 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Escape to paradise in our family's vacation home. Completed in July 2014, this home was built by the previous owner. We are creating great memories with our children and are privileged to be able to share it with your family. Located on a gulf access canal and within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and more, this is the perfect location to enjoy Marco Island to the fullest. Please note we allow hypo-allergenic dogs only. Our home is outfitted with 12 foot high ceilings, comfortable furniture, wood cabinets, lots of tile and top end appliances ensuring you will be comfortable for your entire stay. Once you step inside the front door you will see a large open great room/kitchen/dining area with over 30 feet of 10 foot high sliders looking out to the heated pool and spa. The great room has a large couch and two leather swivel rockers that can face the 60” HD TV or turn to enjoy the view of the pool. The kitchen has a large island with a bar and seating for 3, as well as upgraded Bosch appliances. The dining area has a large dining table with room for 8 and is just steps away from an outdoor dining table with room for 6 more. A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is tucked away beside the kitchen. The covered lanai is perfect for outdoor living with a dining area and large seating area with a 47' HD TV. The pool is heated and also has a large spa which is heated as well. Beside the pool you will find 4 large chaise lounges for catching some sun or enjoying a relaxing book. A large propane grill with side burner is great for dinners at home. The door from the lanai leads directly to a large dock with a big area for fishing or relaxing. The dock also has a 12k boat lift. Inside you will also find 4 large bedrooms each with 42” HD TV’s, high end pillow top mattresses and direct access to a bathroom. The large master suite has a king bed and access to the lanai as well as a large master bath with dual sinks and a separate shower and tub. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and private attached bathroom with a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and a twin bunk bed as well as direct access to a large bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and direct access to the lanai with private access to a full bathroom with a large tiled shower. Also included are pool toys for the kids and a door alarm system to notify you if the kids go outside. The house also includes a whole home DVR system to save your favorite shows while you are out at the beach. A DVD player is in the great room and a Bluetooth portable speaker is located by the pool. If you want to walk to the beach there are beach chairs and a wagon in the garage and plenty of beach towels. Fast WiFi internet service is set up and accessible anywhere in the house or on the lanai. The newly painted home was perfect for our family. Great pool and hot tub and canal access. Easy to walk our dog. Great restaurants nearby. Great beach and so many sea shells ❤️. We loved it!

Marco Island was beautiful! The house was not far from the beach and had a beautiful pool/hot tub!
However, we have had better experiences with prior hosts.The host was a very poor communicator. Let me start by saying prior to my stay I had questions about the stay and an early arrival. The host was delayed by weeks before responding. Finally, a couple days before the stay she responded that we could arrive early and arrival instructions would be sent the morning of. She also informed us that the dryer was broken and a part would come in by Wednesday. We arrived on a Sunday at around 2 pm. No instructions were sent and we waited in the driveway. I sent a message via the App with no response so I called the host. She said she was in Disney about to get on the monorail and already sent the instructions. Basically she acted as if I was bothering her. She did give me the garage door code and we were able to get in. Later on the App she said she thought she sent the instructions. Overall, I would would recommend new cleaning staff for future customers. The cabinets were dirty and carpets were old. We actually swept the floor and ran the sweeper in every room and took trash out from the previous renter. Then at the end of our stay we were told we left some trash and this would come out of our deposit. Some of which belonged to the previous guest! I sent my rebuttals to this and questioned what would be taken from our deposit. We still haven’t heard back?

This is the perfect house for a family vacation. There is so much space for a large group. The house has everything you need. Close proximity for walks to the beach and everything you need. It’s a beautiful home and the best part is the owners are the friendliest and easiest to work with. They were awesome and very accommodating with our travel schedules. We will definitely be back. Had a great stay with the family. It’s an amazing house. Very clean. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was perfect. Walking distance to the beach with strollers and chairs. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Will definitely come back again. Probably this January

The house and accommodations were wonderful! There were 10 of us total and plenty of room. The grandkids (ages 4, 6, 7, 8) loved the pool and the walk to the beach was very easy for all. There were also some good restaurants that were walkable too. I would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 7 days. It was our first time on Marco Island. This was an amazing time away from the cold and snow of MN. We explored, walked, swam and ate so much food. Kitchen was well equipped, had a few spices and nothing in the fridge for condiments. Owners responded to any questions we had in a resonable time frame. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for three couples and room enough for one more. We wish we could have stayed longer. The patio area was mostly protected from sun so you could enjoy time outside and not get burnt - that happened easily at the beach :). Fish markets had great fresh fish. Kirk Fish Co on Goodland had the best ever crab cakes. Every meal we ate out was so yummy. We would highly recommend staying at this home. We will again if Marco calls our name again soon.

Four couples total stayed at this home and it’s better in person. The location was perfect…a quick walk to the beach and ice cream, and it was a nice quiet neighborhood. The two fridges (one in the garage) and loads of beach toys, umbrellas, coolers, beach carts were a nice touch. The owners were responsive and helpful. Great stay overall!

This was a perfect rental for my family. It was the best stocked rental I have ever had. The house had pack and plays, a high chair, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, toys and plates, paper towels and utensils left from the last renters. It was about an 8 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The only negative it that the back patio is in need of a good power wash. We had a great trip and would rent this home again!

This was a perfect rental for my family. It was the best stocked rental I have ever had. The house had pack and plays, a high chair, beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrellas, toys and plates, paper towels and utensils left from the last renters. It was about an 8 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants. It was very clean and the owner was very responsive. The only negative it that the back patio is in need of a good power wash. We had a great trip and would rent this home again!

Attentive host and great location
We rented this home for 2 weeks and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The rooms are perfect sized and having a bathroom for every room was a huge plus. The owners were very responsive to our questions which was truly appreciated!! We had 2 little ones with us so having use of beach carts was such a big help in bringing everything down the the beach which was a 10 minute walk. After a day at the beach coming home to a pool and a grill was an awesome way to end the day. We did venture out for 2 meals which was also a short walk away. I would recommend booking this home. You will not be disappointed!!

Stayed with 3 adult couples. Place was fully stocked with everything you needed and then some. Great having 4 bathrooms with the 4 bedrooms. Only downside was the ice maker didn't work but they had plenty of ice made for us in advance. Very nice pool and hot tub which we used nightly. Great location with easy walk to the beach and restaurants. We would stay there again!
