It was so much easier and convenient to stay here vs a hotel. With a kitchen, we could eat here vs restaurants every meal which made up for the extra cost. Also quieter and way more comfy than a hotel. This is the way to do mesquite

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is great close to things in town and golf. Very clean and well kept this is the 3rd year we have stayed here. Great place all around.

It was great. A little more than we wanted to spend in this horrible economy!! But.. it was clean and nice . The hot tub was not great but the neighborhood was nice.👍😊

Stayed at this location of condo’s many times. This unit is very well furnished and stocked with everything needed. Very clean inside and out, and very quiet location. The only concern was that there was no cool water in any of the sink’s or showers. The outside temperature during our stay exceeded 109 every day, hottest day was 113. Talked to neighbors in the unit next to us, and across the street. All had cool water. The water at the club house and in the club house shower rooms all had cool water. We felt like the problem was the mechanical installation, rather than the heat. Overall, it was not a big problem, just a need to have cool water during our stay.

This was a quick stay to help my mother in law unpack. The condo was as beautiful as described. The neighborhood was quite. Very nice place. Will definitely stay many more times.

We really enjoyed the condo! The decor is wonderful and Rosa does a great job with keeping it clean and tidy! We were very disappointed that the pool was closed (even though we were told that people were seen swimming in it every day, so we took a gamble and booked it). However, the recreation center in Mesquite is AMAZING. So, we still got to swim and have a good time. The property felt pretty safe (since it is on the end unit). One note, I would not recommend letting your kids play on the playground at the apartment complex nearby -- it did not feel clean or safe. Please make sure you check the windows to be sure they are locked...all of them were unlocked when we arrived. It is a bottom level unit, so we made sure. Would stay here again!
